I has recently make a reservation through CheapOair.I waa charged NINE times for the one reservation.I was passed along like a "hot potato"to numerous departments which didn't address or correct the matter.I was told to email my online checking account transaction to info@cheapoair.com.No one from the company has gotten back to me.I had dispute the eight not-approved and fraudulent transactions through my bank.

They over charge. You Book, they later send you a message that they could not charge Whole amount due to card issues, they charged me extra $35 dollars. I booked again and i was careful not to miss anything but again they sent a similar message that i needed to afdd $35. I realized its a con game and i dint pay. I went through the airline having not paid the $35 dollars and no one asked me a question. I realized its something they do all the time.

Ripp off Never ever use the services again for , air ticket, car rental, hotels purchase made with them, none refunded policy. even if something happen you didn't make it and paid for insurance , you'll not get to them , with the contact information they provided.

Price kept changing for the tickets I already purchased. Customer service is a joke. All the agents did was transfer me to someone else after I explained my situation 4 TIMES..after receiving long distance charges for calling the customer service line I realized this is probably why the agents just keep transferring you. To keep you on the phone paying long distance fees! Exact same thing that happed to me last time I used them. The airline canceled my flight and I was unable to get cheapoair to honor my credit.. after multiple attempts and $50 in long distance fees I finally gave up. WORST COMPANY EVER. I'll never book through them again.

I booked cheap o air for a family trip that was last minute and the prices where great. This site is a complete ripp off ! I get to the airport they have no payment from cheap o air but 14.95 for insurance on the booking and to cover carryon fee. So they did not let me board the flight i then had to uber and hour to my familys house for the trip. Since i had already booked the flight I decided to try again leaving the city of our vaction to use the rest of my trip. I get to the airline once again they say it is not paid for. I then had to purchase a whole new flight ticket. It had been days of transfering calls and giving me the run around about a refund and contacting the airport. Every single time i think that i am close to a resolution they place me on hold and the call gets disconnected. If i didnt have any money i would have been stranded in a different state. Do not book they are very unprofessional and give you the run around about the mistakes they have made and will fight their hardest not to issue a refund but i am determined to get mine.

SCAMMERS OF THE FIRST GRADE. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU HAVE THE TIME. They charge you secretly for their mistakes. RUN. It was a horrible experience. You will be made to go around various departments without any resolution. They will charge your card MULTIPLE TIMES and will ask to contact your bank to reverse them. Initially they will give you a very low price and then mess your details and then charge you more for correcting it. It comes out more than the actual airprice on the real flight companies than DELTA or AIR FRANCE.

Got overcharged almost $1000. Cheapoair called me the same day 2 times but I couldn't pick up. No voicemail, text, email what they have on file! Nothing! 3 days later I noticed. Now I got told "We are working on it. You'll receive a refund between 7 to 14 days" EXCUSE ME?! You're using my money for almost two weeks! Not even trying to notify me! What is this?!

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER, EVER They hide all the important information so you don't realize it and when you call them they lie to your face so you dont get a refund. This has been the worst experience i have ever had with third party, DO NOT USE IT STAY AWAY FROM IT I booked some flights and in the website said "Coach" and when it came to information about baggage it directed me to the airline which stated that coach had certain allowance. when i booked the booking showed i booked a LITE fare that didnt include any luggage. Then they changed my itinerary for one with longer layovers and when i said i would only accept it if i didnt have to check in my bags again they said i didnt need to check them again so i didnt opt for a refund. THIS WAS A PLAIN LIE And also the customer service is bad, they tell you all the time to contact the airline, so what's this third party for just to hide fees.
