Centrum Vitamins are a God send!  I start each day by taking one and am very seldom ever sick or at a loss for energy!  I got my Dad to begin taking them also and he swears by them!  This is a vitamin that you can't go wrong with!  I usually buy mine on eBay at half the price that stores charge since Centrum can be a little pricey at times!  I have tried many other vitamins, One A Day and all the rest, and I have much more trust in Centrum than I do any of the others. Centrum vitamins are a great way to ensure you get your daily dose recommended. I always take one in the morning before havin my healthy breakfast and morning exercise routine. Taking vitamins is a step to healthier living but other things are involved with ensuring you have a heathly balance, for example eating right, exercising, proper sleep, etc.

I recently ran out of the generic vitamins I'd been using for months, and went to my grocery store to compare available multivitamins. After 10 minutes studying the shelves, I opted not to buy a more 'specialized' supplement, and instead to go with Centrum. I got a 3-month supply for only $10--much less than many of the other options would have cost. And there are 33 listed vitamins and minerals in these supplements...which makes me pretty sure I'm getting what I need, regardless of my less-than-perfect diet.

If you have never tried Centrum Multivitamins, you should.  I get so tired of spending a fortune at vitamin stores.  I finally decided to try a more affordable vitamin.  I did a lot of research to find just the right one for me.  Most of the other vitamins either have too much of a vitamin or mineral or not enough. Centrum seems to be just the right blend of vitamins and minerals.  I also like the small size of the caplet. Some vitamins that I have taken have been so big that I get a sore throat just taking them.  I rarely get sick and I contribute that partially to my vitamins.  I think...

This is the only vitamin I have found that doesn't make me ill. I can take this on an empty stomach and still feel fine. Get in just about all my daily requirements and works great! Helps to boost energy and productivity.

these centrum vitamins are great i take them my mother takes the centrum silver as well. they are reasonble as far as cost. the other thing is there easy to find at mast major retailers.
