I always saw people with Burts Bees products and assumed they were just being pretentious. Then I saw them at Target and tried them for myself. The hand salve is great - especially for when the weather gets cold and lotion just doesnt seem to prevent… read full review »

Quick View: This salve is over the top greasy. It's natural but still, messy. Not my favorite or even close to it. I won't use it. — — About Burt's Bees Hand Salve — — The salve comes in a 3 ounce tin and a mini size. The salve is yellow and looks like hard grease. It is… read full review »

This is my favorite product ever from Burt's Bees. It smells kind of medicinal but I like it. It's the best stuff for curing dry, gardeners hands quickly. The only drawback is that it is very greasy so just be aware of that. A little really is all you need so don't go overboard with it, besides it's right expensive too. Once again it comes in that miserable tin they insist on putting some of they're products in. The downside is you cannot get that sucker open without a crowbar or some other device. The upside is with the tin you don't waste one little drop of… read full review »

this really works well for me.  i love the rosemary/lavender scent too.  it may seem a bit greasy at first but if you put it on your hands at night before going to bed, when you wake up your hands will be super soft.  i think this works better than the almond beeswax hand creme.  also i like the scent way better.  some people even use this on the dry ends of their hair (rosemary/lavender oils are in it) and say it works well.  i haven't tried this yet.  i love how this sinks in and the 3 oz tin last a VERY long time.  i have bought this again and again… read full review »

For chapped and super dry hands, this stuff works like a charm! Slather it on overnight and the next morning, it's done wonders and your hands are incredibly soft! Because it is so greasy and very very hard to remove (at least immediately after application), I try not to get it on my palms, and put it on right before I fall asleep (you can put on cotton gloves or old socks afterward if you don't want to get it all over your bedding). Slathering it on thick seems like too much, but if your hands are very very dry, it will all be absorbed and make a world of difference. The lid is sometimes a… read full review »

This is a great product! If you have to wash your hands alot especially in the winter. Best way to use this is at night. slather it on your hands put gloves on and the next morning you have very soft beautiful hands. The smell of rosemary just adds to it overall greatness. The only draw back to Burt's hand salve is it's a little tricky for day use. You have to find the right amount to put on your hands, too much and it will be greasy. I am a nurse and I use Burt's hand… read full review »

I recieved this product in a trial size set. I don't usually use salves because I don't like how thick they are. This one is definately thick. It is also greasy. The scent is very strong and if you like herbal scents this is for you. It smells like rosemary. — some of the Ingredients; sweet almond oil, beeswax, vitamin E, rosemary, lavendin, and eucalyptus oils. —… read full review »
