We have only had this iron for about three years and honestly, I have never liked it! First of all, the dial for selecting your temperature setting is difficult to read...you can't see the arrow very well that should be pointing at the temp you are selecting. Secondly, it has started leaking in the past six months, whenever we add water for the steam feature. My husband was just using it last night to iron work shirts and water kept coming out of it from places we can't really identify. It irons things well, but we so often need the steam feature that it has become a hassle to use and we will soon be replacing it!
