Behr Interior Satin Paint is on almost every wall in my house. I discovered this paint when I was looking for ideas on how to have two colors in one room....one above the chair rail and one below. Someone recommended the Behr website where you can actually create the room you want to paint. — I saw some colors on their palette that I would not have looked for in the store. It was their recommendation for a complimentary color to the one I was choosing. So when I went to the store, I picked up both of these colors. They look…

This paint not only goes on very nicely but washing little fingerprints is a snap. With its water based formula everything cleans up with soap an water. Even the paints smell isn't bad. When I painted my sons room I was expecting to have him sleep in my bed for several days until that paint smell was gone but really after it was dry there was very little smell and the next morning his room smelt fresh and not just painted! In a few months after I painted my son drew on the walls with crayons. I was able to get most of it off but anyone who has kids knows that…

I Love BEHR paint.I love the color selections and the different sheens to choose from. Quality of the is substaintal compared to other products I have used. There paint for the most part has one coat coverage and is self leveling so you don't have brush marks. It also cleans up easily believe me I tend to be a messy painter…

too busy to make beds, a Home Depot shopper, Homeowner, loves to decorate, loves colors on the walls, buy quality to last, will pay for quality, loving this product
I bought a 55 year old house about 18 months ago. The previous owners and I did not share decorating tastes. I painted every room (except for the rooms with wooden walls) and Bher was with us every step of the way. I have color, smooth walls and no chipping fading or do overs. The color matching was great, we took in our kitchen cabinets and they matched the color exactly so we could paint the trim in the kitchen the same color. Fantastic product. —…

looking for value, not a happy painter, a Home Depot shopper, conscious of quality & cost, a do-it-yourselfer, Homeowner, a person who enjoys quality, willing to pay for quality
I hate to paint -- ANYTHING. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to hire someone to do all my painting. I live in a fairly large home and the walls were painted flat white (with obviously a very cheap paint) by the builder. I wanted some color and, not knowing much about paint, bought some Martha Stewart paint at K Mart which was not of a good quality. I also could not get the same exact color match when I needed more -- because it took at least two coats to cover the WHITE walls. I finally decided to go to Home Depot and by the best paint I could find. …

I have used Behr Satin Interior paint for years and will not choose any other paint. I have three teens and three dogs who really know how to mess up my walls and trim. I never have to worry though because I can wash off dirt or scrub off most messes. When there are scuffs that need to be touched up, the color matches perfectly, even after several years have passed since the original paint job. I recently replaced the hand rail down my stair way, the support brackets landed in different placed than the original. After patching and painting where the old rail attached - there wasn't a color…

a Home Depot shopper, conscious of quality & cost, a do-it-yourselfer, Homeowner
I just finished repainting my entire house. When I started out I was going to have a lot of painting to do and went with another brand at Home Depot that was a little cheaper. We did the first two rooms with it and had problems with having even coverage. — When we moved onto the next room, I decided to go with this brand. I am so glad that I did. The paint went on much easier and while I was not able to get one coat coverage dues to heavily textured walls, it went on much better than the other brand and two coats were easy and look great. …

being a single mom, i need things that work the first time. when it was time to picking paint, i was a bit overwhelmed. there are dozens of choices. i finally settled on the Behr and i am so glad it did. it covered beautifully in 1 coat. it was so amazed that i didn't have to do a second coat. it used behr for my living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining. it cleans up great. with 3 kids, we have lots of messes and the finish holds up to repeated scrubbing... even 3 years later. i will choose the brand for every pain job i have. —…

Budget-Conscious, living in small-town America, slow but neat painter, watch for sales, a Home Depot shopper, a do-it-yourselfer, conscious of quality & cost, a person who enjoys quality
My teen-aged granddaughter wanted to paint her room hot pink! Eek! Mom said no, but of course the Nana talked her into letting us do the project as long as it wasn't too "out there" and if we did all the work. — When I went to look for the paint, I explained to the sales clerk at Home Depot what we were doing, and she helped me choose a Behr color that was nice but not too wild for mom, and that was easy cleanup and dried fast. The smell was ok, not too bad, and once it was dry, it was fine. — We started…

I painted my whole house with this brand. The colors range from muted tones, like browns and beiges to rose to baby blue. I love Behr Satin finish paint. I have a fireplace and the walls get a little smokey from time to time. I also have three boys ages 19, 17 and 4. So you know fingerprints are another thing I consistantly battle. With this Satin paint I can just take a rag and wipe them off. It's MUCH better than flat paint. If I had one bad thing to say it would be...don't scrape them with anything. We were moving furniture up the steps and the paint scraped right off! But with…

Homeowner, Mr. Fix-it, a green thumb
We decided to change the color of the wall in the house, white was really boring. We picked a nice tannish cream color in the Behr. This paint was great. I didn't have to paint the same wall several times like you have to do with other paints. In college I use to help my boyfriend paint his dads rental houses for extra spending money. He always bought different paint, so I have had experience with different brands. This one cost a couple dollars more than other paints but, it saves time and money in the long…

a Home Depot shopper, conscious of quality & cost, Homeowner, a do-it-yourselfer, living in the country
I own a small rehab business in Michigan. We were buying whatever paint was on sale at the time to use in our houses but not any more! Once we used Behr, we realized we can save time and headaches by using it exclusively. It almost always will cover in one coat (well...the sage green didn't cover over the cranberry red kitchen in one coat but it was close!) and is very easy to find a color that you like. — — Behr also cleans up well after you're done painting. The finish is consistant and good looking too. What more could you ask for? —…

Behr paint is very good for me because it does not smell. Having asthma this is very imporant to me. I am able to paint any time of year and do not have to worry about, even with my children, I do not have to worry about the smell. It covers in one coat very easily and there are a variety of colors to choose from. It is very easy to get more with the mixing code. My brother had a color that we really liked, he gave me the code and I took it in and we were able to match it…
