I began taking Supermom Vitamins several years ago as a replacement for my prenatal vitamins. Okay...I've already mentioned in all my previous reviews that I'm a busy homeschooling mom of six children. I don't have time to get sick! I tried out these vitamins when I knew that the store brand of multivitamins WAS NOT cutting it.  Store brands are over processed, lab created and badly absorbed versions of vitamins and minerals.  They were upsetting my stomach and when I was pregnant they made me naseaus and I knew they were not helping my pregnancy, rather by being difficult for my body to assimilate and absorb, they were causing problems for me and potential health problems for my baby.
