I feel like I have tried the majority of Beachbody workouts, and Beachbody 10 Minute Trainer by Tony Horton is one of my favorites. It is very effective, and it's nice that you can get a workout in just three 10 minute sessions a day. 10 Minute Trainer is a little misleading because going into it I was expecting to spend 10 minutes a day doing the workouts, but you are really supposed to do three of the 10 minute workouts. This was actually not too hard to do because I would often split the workouts up throughout the day. I would do one in the morning, one during my lunch break, and one at night. If you are having a busy day, Tony Horton recommends only doing one of the workouts. Tony Horton is a great trainer, and his workouts are really motivating. The moves aren't too difficult to make a new exerciser be discouraged, but you can also make them harder based on your exercise experience. You will see results with this workout if you are consistent and push yourself.
