I think that this product is better as a moisturiser than a tanner because I sometimes use it and has no effect on the colour of my skin but it keeps it soft and healthy looking. I found that it's great to apply before makeup as long as you only use a little bit, and lasts a long time. I would recommend it.

I have tried many different self tanners that have resulted in disaster. I am happy to say that this is not one of those disasters. Avon Skin So Soft Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer is one of those products that I cannot complain about even a little bit. It is not runny or hard to apply. I used it as though it were just a regular lotion I bought at the store to moisturize my skin. This lotion did not dye my hands an orange color which is an issue I have had with other lotions. My skin gradually tanned to a nice brown color over time and my skin felt softer after using this product. That is definitely a plus with self tanning products because not all of them really moisturize very well. I am really glad that I was able to find this product because I had been searching for awhile for a good self tanning lotion. I would recommend using this product if you are looking for something that will tan your skin without making it look fake or orange.

I use this even through the winter time so I don't get that "Winter Gray" look. My son even uses it and loves it. Non-greasy, blends well, none of that orangey look that so many others give you. It is a much more subtle "glow". I just hope they don't discontinue it like they do so many other great products! Scent very light, almost w/o scent Longevity you'll need to apply it once a day. I put it on under my makeup.

This product gives great moisturizing to your skin but the tanning is limited. It has as nice scent going on, but for me, develops a strange smell as I do anything more than sitting. This happens with all the self tanners I've tried, so it must be my body chemistry and not the product. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I'm so white that in school my nick name was albino! With that said...I love this stuff. It smells great, much better than other tanning lotions I have tried. It feels great, more like a lotion with benefits than just something that adds color. Dries quickly with out staining your clothes and it looks great on because it's more natural than most tanners...it's not orange!

*I use to lay in the sun for hours and as I've gotten older I can't do it as much as I did when I was younger. So I started trying self tanners,alot of them made me look orange, streaky, some of them even smelled funny. So a friend of mine that sells Avon had me try Skin Soft Satin Glow. It really works without having to lay in the sun. It's not greasy, it smells nice, I don't get streaks or turn orange. Even my hands don't stain. I did have a little problem with my elbows, knees, ankles and my toes they did get a little darker than the rest of my body but that was my fault because I had to much on my hands. So I tried using the make-up sponges and they work really good I tell my friends to try them and they all said they work very well. I use this product all year long, I would rather use this product instead of going to a tanning salon which I have done that also. I ould recommand Avon Skin Soft Satin Glow Self-tanner to every one. People have asked me how do you keep your color all year and I tell them."Avon Skin Soft Satin Glow" and I give them my friends name and phone number.*

This is a wonder! I don't have the time to pamper myself like some so the faster the better, but I expect alot out of the products that I pay for. Just the right amount of color with the ease of a lotion/moisturizer. Just rub it in as you do with a regular lotion and it does the rest. Simple with great results. You don't even have to wait for it to dry, it soaks into your skin with no stickiness or slippery feeling, and your on your way to a softer and heathier skin, with the added bonus of some color and healthy glow.
