I booked and paid for two Tickets in Premium Economy Class to Europe, turns out when it was time for me to select my seats they booked me in regular economy. I have been making calls and emailing with Sandy their supervisor who has promised me a partial refund. I do not accept that I have to pay 300.00 ticket to cancel what is not my fault.... But, after many weeks I still have ZERO refunded to my CC and Sandy has stopped returning my contacts... 3,400.00 rip off DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

These people booked the wrong day for me. When I realized it, I was already stranded at an airport in Fla. They repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to get help. Finally they told me to call back on Monday. So much for their 24/7 customer service. Should have listened to all the reviews. Cuel staff. Had to bring my flight booking to go 3 days earlier, due to Mother in law dying soon. They charged me a $425 cancellation fee! All I wanted is go 3 days earlier. There was plenty of time, and flights were available. The airline didn't even have our booking on their computer yet... Never heard back from anyone about a reduction in fees, they just want your hard earned $$$. Not good in this time and day, we are NOT rich people. Will never go back to them, and they hopefully LOOSE a LOT of business.
