I absolutely love the Taebo workouts. My favorite is Taebo Cardio. The beginner videos are encouraging and set at a level that challenges you but are not so hard that you just give up. Other workout videos that I have tried that are supposely for beginners were filled with so many crazy moves that it was hard to keep up. The people in the workout also seem real. They are not all skinny women, so they are more easy to relate to. They also sometimes make mistakes with the workout but always get back on track. They are very motivating and encouraging. Because I love to eat, regular exercise is necessary for me. Taebo is fun and I do not view exercise as a boring chore. I actually look forward to working out. There are also a variety of videos available. They are afforable, and you can workout in the comfort of your own home instead of going to the gym. I would definately recommend these to people looking for a fun and challenging workout.
