This workout dvd is total body training. It has toned my entire body. Like Banish Fat Boost Metabolism this workout is around 50 minutes long. This workout dvd utilizes hand weights. I personally can only use a maximum of 3 pounds hand weights when working out to this dvd. There are a lot of reps done during each workout circuit which tires out each muscle group. There is a total of 7 workout circuits lasting around 6 minutes long. You have the choice to either complete the entire workout or choose circuits 1 - 7 if you are short on time or unable to complete the entire workout. There are modified workout moves shown and more advanced moves shown as well. Jillian Michaels is encouraging and is a in your face type of instructor which I don't mind at all. This is a great workout dvd and I have seen results by using this dvd. Well worth the price and you will break a sweat.

If you are a fan of Jillian Michaels training technique, you will like her No More Trouble Zones workout routine. I bought this recently since I saw it for a good deal, and I decided to give it a try. I think it's similar to her other workouts. The general set-up of the workout and the room where the exercises are done very similar to other workouts. The DVD contains 50 minute workout that consists of different circuits you complete during the workout. There are six circuits which consists of five different exercises done for thirty seconds each. These work your abs, legs, and arms with using a light weight dumbbell. I would consider myself an intermediate level in fitness, and I definitely feel like I get a good workout when I do this DVD. Although I'm not the biggest fan of Jillian Michaels training style, I do think that her DVDs get results, so I can overlook some of the things I don't like about her training.

I love Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and have almost all of them. There are a few that are my favorites and No More Trouble Zones is one of them. This workout is around 50 minutes including the warmup, innovative toning moves to target trouble spots and cool down. I really like that Jillian shows modifications for beginners and advanced exercisers. This DVDs main focus is toning your body but there are also lots of cardio moves. The workout is composed of seven 6-minute circuits. You can do the entire 40 minute circuit or just select the body parts you want to focus on. This is great if you are pressed for time but still want get your workout in for the day. It's also great if you have a particular area or body part you want to work on. If you aren't working out on carpet you will need a mat and you need a set of hand weights. I would suggest using what ever size weights you are most comfortable with. I have been using 5 pound weights. Overall I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking for a great workout that helps tone your body while also giving you cardio. If you want great results Jillian Michaels workouts are the way to go.

Great Workout but time consuming

This is the first Jillian Michaels dvd I bought, at the suggestion of a friend. I had been doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred, which I borrowed from my sister in law. The No More Trouble Zones sat in my entertainement center, unopened, for a couple years. I finally opened it less than a year ago and loved it. It's a great dvd and challenging yet I don't feel like I'm dying, like I do with her other dvd's. I am definitley sore the next day and feel like I worked out. The draw back is, it is 50 minutes long, not including the stretching. Therefore I don't always have time to do it. I was doing it religiously when I first started doing it. My routine is now 30 min of cardio at the gym and then home to do a Jillian Michaels dvd. This dvd is too long for that, so I do this on days that I don't/can't make it to the gym. It's definitely a nice alternative. And on the days I do go to the gym I do one of Jillian Michael's shorter dvds. Even though this is long, you can chose to do the 7 circuts individually, therefore, sitting your own amount of time to workout. And I have dropped 3 pant sizes since I added Jillian Michaels DVDs back ini to my workout program.

I love this video, it is a great workout and a way to really work on toning up. I am a normal weight person who simply likes to stay active and prefer to be toned and strong. This video has helps me achieve this,which can be difficult when its freezing cold during the winter and outside exercise is not possible or enjoyable. Jillian does a great job of mixing up really difficult sets with slightly easier sets so that I can keep going even when one set seems like it will kill me. This targets so many different muscles, I really do think she works on every single part of the body during this hour long workout. The first time I did the video, the next day I was sore in places I did not know muscles existed. I think that is a sign of a great video. Jillian is also one of the few video personalities who does not get on my nerves. I highly recommend this video (along with other Jillian workouts) as a great addition to anyones workout routine.

All the Jillian Michaels DVD's are great fitness videos.  The cost is reasonable, and the workouts are all diffrent. The have levels for folks who are completely out of shape (like me) as well as those who are adding to their fitness routines. I like the fact that you don't have to buy a lot of expensive workout equipment to follow these programs. There are diffrent levels on the same dvd to avoid bordem. They use real people in the dvd, so you can see the type of results that you can expect from truly following the program.  You can decide on the effort level you want to expend to follow the program.  The best results will be fortcoming if you challange yourself a liitle bit each and every day. The information is presented in a mannor that is easy to understand, so you can follow the program at home.  Nothing is unclearly stated, so you can perform the excersizes included in a manor that will provide results, and not do more harm than good. Anyone concerned about getting in shape, and don't want to join a gym, or buy a bunch of expensive equipment should consider starting here.

Julian Michaels does wonders.

I am not an overweight person, but I have come to understand the importance of staying fit and staying healthy.  Julian Michaels no trouble zone video is great. If you want to get a work out try it out you will not be disappointed.  From one day to the next I could definitely feel the difference in my body and self confidence.  After using the video I felt like a winner and I toned up very well in all the right places.  I love that you can start easy and slowly as you feel ready you can challenge yourself to more harder and tougher excercises.  Julian Michaels pushes you thru verbal motivation as well as visual motivation because she herself is in great shape.  The excercises are not at all difficult.  At first of course it's not easy what excercise ever is.  Once you catch the rhythm of the workouts it all comes to you naturally and once you start to see results you will definitely be happy you put the dvd in your dvd player.

Entry level to moderate, good workout!

The workout starts off a litle slow. Lot's of time is given to stretching and warming up. I guess one could easitly fast forward through this, that's the beauty of it being on a DVD. Ater that, she constructs a whole workout with minimial equipment needed. Weights are really all one needs, and these can be substituted with anything heavy one has lying around the house. Julian's words of encouragement are appreciated, and not overdone. She never gets obnoxious. Except for when she says, "no modified jumping jacks allowed!" as if someone would actually consider this. What in the world would a modified jumpic jack look like? This makes me think whoever she intends to be doing this video must be extremely out of shape. I consider myself in moderately good shape, and this workout defintely raised my heart beat and got me sweating. I think combining this with some actual cardio, for example running, would be a great workout plan for those looking for somehting moderately difficult.

Jillian Michaels will kick your booty with this workout!

So I was getting tired of doing the 30 day shred videos over and over again. I thought I should try another of her videos since the 30 day shred was so effective. I picked this one up thinking that nothing could be as challenging as the 30 day shred. I was wrong. This video is intense. It is a 40 minute workout compared to the measely 20 minute 30 day shred video. This workout covers everything and every muscle will be crying for mercy by the time you are finished. Its almost hilarious, if you can get past hating her during the workout, how the people in the background of the video 'helping' are smiling throughout the entire thing. I mean, what kind of robots can do this workout and have the energy to actually smile? I will say though, when the workout is over you will feel very proud of yourself for doing the workout even if you were only able to do about half of it without dying. This is one workout that will definitely get you results!

great workout

i purchased this exercise dvd by Jillian Michaels about 10 months ago,  I had watched her on the Biggest Loser television show and got inspired to lose weight.  When I first watched this workout and exercised along with it, it was very challenging.  As I continued to do the workouts about 4 times a week, I noticed myself getting in much better shape and having a greater indurance while exercising.  I liked the fact that light hand weights were also used in the exercises.  This has helped me tone by body while burning calories.  I like the chapters break down of the video.  It gives you a lot of options, you can just work on certain target zones, like abs or legs it you want to, or you can do the entire video workout.  I am pleased that ten months later, I have lost over 30 pounds.  I will continue to use the Jillian Michaels dvds as part of my exercise plan.  I would reccomend this to my friends, I believe that it is a well done dvd.
