I'm such a big fan of Leslie and her walking workouts! I enjoy being able to complete the workouts at home because I get self-conscious working out in front of people. Leslie is bubbly, down to earth, and encouraging. Although this workout is simply a "walking" one you actually do get a workout! I end up a little out of breath a little bit and even sweat a little. It's GREAT for beginners. This is actually one of my favorite of her workout DVD's due to the kicking aspect of it. I really like tae bo and kickboxing, so having the opportunity to kick and jab a little during this particular workout made me enjoy it even more! It is not difficult even with the added kicking and jabbing components, so don't let that worry you if you are a beginner. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend trying the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick workout DVD! It's a low intensity but good workout and Leslie is very encouraging a down to earth. Plus, it's not expensive at all.
