Another good Leslie Sansone walking video!

I'm such a big fan of Leslie and her walking workouts! I enjoy being able to complete the workouts at home because I get self-conscious working out in front of people. Leslie is bubbly, down to earth, and encouraging. Although this workout is simply a "walking" one you actually do get a workout! I end up a little out of breath a little bit and even sweat a little. It's GREAT for beginners. This is actually one of my favorite of her workout DVD's due to the kicking aspect of it. I really like tae bo and kickboxing, so having the opportunity to kick and jab a little during this particular workout made me enjoy it even more! It is not difficult even with the added kicking and jabbing components, so don't let that worry you if you are a beginner. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend trying the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick workout DVD! It's a low intensity but good workout and Leslie is very encouraging a down to earth. Plus, it's not expensive at all.

This dvd is an older workout by Leslie Sansone that incorporate some new moves that I have never seen before in other fitness dvds. Leslie Sansone does he basic moves as usual that consist of: side steps, kick backs, knee lifts and walking. The extra boost in this workout is Leslie add kick boxing inspired moves that gives me a feeling of a complete body workout with a twist. This workout is 30 minutes long and is a 2 mile walk. Leslie Sansone is walking with a group of people which makes the workout even more enjoyable. I can tell every single cast member is enjoying themselves and they are really working up a sweat. Some of the kick boxing moves that Leslie Sansone does in her video are similar to the moves Chalene Johnson does in Turbo Jam. I use this fitness dvd along with many others and would recommend this dvd to anyone who is looking for fun and effective workout dvds.

Leslie is a great instructor that has helped me lose a lot of pregnancy weight. Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick has quickly become one of my favorites. In this DVD Leslie has her four basic steps: marching in place, side steps, knee lifts and kicks. However she has now included kick boxing which takes your workout to a whole new level of intensity. Anyone who is new to kick boxing will love this routine because it is a great introduction to kick boxing workouts. She also includes a few punching sets that resemble regular boxing. Anyone who is interested in home workout DVD's should definitely give Leslie Sansone a try. Her workouts are fun and effective and get you moving. There is no dancing and the choreography is easy to follow. You can do her workouts in the privacy of your own home, without the pressure of dressing up and driving to an expensive gym. This particular routine is approximately the same time and distance as two miles of walking outside.

I love Leslie Sansone's exercise videos they are easy enough to follow and its not intimidating. That's is important to me because if an exercise video is hard to follow I will not use it. I get discouraged very easily. I like this one because it does get my heart rate up with its combination moves and she tells you how to make the exercise more challenging if you find her video starting to get too easy.

We got started on her videos after reading her book. My wife and I have each lost about 60lbs from doing her videos and eating healthier. We are always looking for new and different Leslie videos so we don't get bored and lose interest. While this video is not as intense as some of her others and no it is not "real" kick-boxing, it is different and if you work out daily it is a nice change of pace. Since it is different you will also use different muscle groups.

We all know how to walk but do we do it enough? I don't think so with this dvd you can walk in your own home if you want to do it to loose weight or for great health walking is one of the easiest exercise we can do and it burn so much fat. Walk away the pounds Walk and kick is great for someone who does not have much time to work out or who just wants something fun and easy to do at home. Its 30 minutes that starts with just an easy walk and warm up then gets more intense with a brisk walk with kicking and punching.

Nice change for Walk away the Pound users

The walk kick DVD from Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds series offers a change in the normal routine. I enjoy the new "moves" as the other videos I have done are the same moves over and over again. I do wish there was more kick boxing type moves in the video, but it is a good work out. I consider this to be one of the slower paced videos of hers. I do this video on days when I am not really wanting to move much. The video is only 30 minutes long and doesn't require any extra things (like the firming band). FYI- I do think I pulled my something in my arm doing the punches when I first started. It was hard to fully move my arm for a few days. I have since recovered and I am now enjoying the video. I think it is a great workout and I don't even break a sweat, but I am sure that isn't the case for all. I think this video would work great for someone just getting back into the routine of working out. Purchased the DVD @ amazon

Super easy and it works.

As a busy mom it is hard to find a form of exercise that is not affected by the rest of the family's schedules or the weather. Furthermore I have never been one to exercise. In fact I hate exercising but you get older and the waist line gets bigger. Initially I started this because I wanted to lose some breast weight I had put on to avoid buying new bras. They are not cheap. Leslie videos seemed a better buy. After doing this 3 times a week I didn't notice any change in my breast. However, to my surprised my pants were falling down. I was losing weight in the middle. I had given hope of ever thinning out my middle years ago. These are so easy anyone can do them. My son will often come in and walk with me. We chat about the day's events and I learn about his life while I'm exercising. It's great! The only thing negative I would say about this is that if you have a small apartment you may need to move some furniture around if you plan on getting into this work out. I have been fortune enough that I've got room in the master bed and the great room. Thanks walk away the pounds helping me loose a pants size!

Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds: Walk and Kick is the best out there!  Anyone can do ANY of her exercise programs without difficulty.  With her program, you exercise your whole body.  If it's too much, you can do a simplier version and can always go back to the regular walking.  EXCELLENT! Leslie is the best instructor, especially great for people beginning  an exercise program.  You won't be sorry.

This video is great!  My co workers and I do this at work and in about 45 minutes!  You can really feel the burn in your legs during certain exercises in the tape/DVD.  If you don't have weights, she will show you how to complete all weight exercises without them.  I would definitely recommend this.
