This is a great workout that contains 5 different workouts on one dvd. Four of the workouts consist of: 2 cardio workouts, 1 strength training workout and 1 bootcamp workout. Each of these workouts are only 20 minutes long which is perfect because I prefer short effective workouts. There is a warm-up segment at the beginning of the workout and stretching segment at the end of the workout. This is a great workout and it is challenging. If you have to modify some of the moves do so. During some of the higher pact moves I will modify and march in place to keep my heart rate up. I really like Bob Harper training style and enjoy his Biggest Loser Workout Dvds. The cast members from Biggest Loser Season One are featured on this particular dvd. It's nice to see them sweating like I sweat while doing this workout. The only workout equipment needed is a set of hand weights and a workout mat. Overall is this a solid workout and you will get results from only working out 20 minutes a day.
