I am a certified IndoRow instructor and I love this machine!  It has a water filled tank that gives the resistance.  Say good bye to gears and chains.  The mechcanism makes the rowing machine super smooth and more realistic to outdoor rowing.  Setting up and using the machine is simple as is filling the tank.  It can be stored upright and takes up less space than a spin bike. The computer console is very nice and gives easy to read information.  It automatically shuts off too.   The quality of the workout is amazing.  You can burn up to 500 calories per hour using this machine.  As an instructor, I teach using the IndoRow machines in a group fitness setting.  I also have one at my home for personal use.  The group classes are some of the most popular in the club because using the machine is so much fun.  The sound of the water churning is very relaxing as well as invigorating.  Sometimes we just turn the music off and listen to the water.  We imagine ourselves in a boat going racing down the river. I highly recommend this machine!
