I absolutely love the power rowers! This specific model is an affordable option compared to some other ones, so it won't break the bank and offers a pretty solid workout. Once you get going on these things, you're working out so many different parts of your body. Plus, it is much more fun than the typical treadmill, without some of the strain that could put on your knees. Smaller people might have some trouble with the foot straps on this one, as they don't adjust all that much. This one also doesn't quite simulate the water rowing experience as good as some pricier models. It still gets the job done though, and is a good first model to buy to see if you'll actually use it. I've used a rower that actually uses water in it and its obviously better than this one at simulating the experience, but also much more expensive as well. However, this is a fine option for a good workout.
