This amazingly fun game has provided hours of entertainment for my whole family and is always a crowd pleaser when we host guests! It reminds me of those pop-a-shot type games at carnivals or fairs. Every time I play, it brings back memories of my childhood. For my kids, it's a great way to discover the game of basketball. It has kept them entertained on many cold winter evenings. It's perfect to have around for sleepovers as well. We have two boys, so they stay busy for hours with this. The setup is surprisingly sturdy and works well; the ball returns consistently, and the rims have just the right bounce. The backboard isn't wobbly; it allows for perfect bank shots. The LED display makes games competitive and fun. It even makes crowd sounds while we play. It is the perfect size for our home. It's big enough to be legitimately fun but small enough to be stored away easily when needed. Sometimes we even move it to the garage. The Sportcraft Double Hoop Game makes me feel like I have an expensive arcade game right here at home.

I was first quite skeptical about purchasing this model but overall, in the end I was satisfied with it. The first thing is you'll need a garage, basement or large area to really maximize your enjoyment of the set. The assembly of it was very easy and straight forward. It takes batteries and has some really cool features. It came with 4 balls and an air pump which was pretty nice. If you like competition you will enjoy the unit's ability to keep score for each player and the last 15 to 20 seconds of 3 point shots. The problem with it's construction is that it is not as sturdy as I would like. Sometimes if you get worked up and throw the balls hard the unit will wobble slightly which makes it harder to make a basket but not by much. Try not to bump the base and take a few steps back before shooting. It's a fun way to get in some quality time with the kids. I wish it came with an out door cover for it. That would have been ideal. Other than that, I am satisfied and think it's overall quality exceeds the cost of it. It's an excellent way to get in some quality time with a teenage son.

This is one of the best investments I have made for my family. We love to play sports and because we are a big family, it is not always easy to make it to games because of what it would cost us as a unit. The fact that we can all play and get our exercise time together is one of the best qualities of having this basketball hoop game in the comfort of our home. As a family we play whenever we want to have some good old fun family time, and we really enjoy competing against each other as if we were actually on a basketball court, especially since it has two hoops next to each other. When my kids have their friends come over on a rainy, ugly weather day, they are all able to enjoy playing hoops without the worry of the nasty weather getting in their way and I get to know that they are all safe under the same roof. If you have kids at home that love sports, then I would recommend you get one for your family fun.

I would have to say that the price was what convinced me to make this purchase. My family is very sports-oriented, so I think this was the perfect purchase to get them to be more active while having a good time. Set up was incredibly and surprisingly easy. However, it would have been nice to be provided with more basketballs, but I suppose I should not expect too much given the price. I also like that the game features two hoops so that two people may play simultaneously. Although the legs seem somewhat flimsy, they have held up well since we have purchased this a couple months ago. A convenient factor is that the game folds up for storage, and so it can be easily put away and set up again. This is very useful, as we do not have much space. My only complaint regarding this product is that the distance between the shooter and the basketball is a little close. It would have been nicer if it was farther apart to make it more challenging. However, overall, I would recommend this game to everyone for its affordable price and quality.

I saw this game on sale and figured the price is too great to pass up. Having a family with 5 children, I am always looking for something new to entertain them and keep them busy. Set up was easy, it comes with 4 basket balls and the air pump to fill them. The game requires batteries, which I had to buy but overall this is a nice addition to the family den. I find my girls asking each other to play quite often, they are getting better at it everyday. The back board is very sturdy, it has a digital score board and even sounds like you are at a stadium. We aren't even basketball fans,but this game is fun anyway. My newphews who love playing basketball love to come over and woop up on the girls. I haven't taken it down since we put it up, but it is suppose to use minimum storage, and be fairly simple to fold up. Over the years I have bought a variety of indoor large activies that end up takwn down within a week but this one is a keeper. it's has a solid build so I can see it holding up for years.

I bought the Sportcraft Big Shot Electronic Basketball Game back when we had an enclosed porch that the hubby and I wanted to convert into a game room for the kids. It was a really fun game to own. I actually played against my husband more than the kids used it! It had a bunch of different game modes (eight, if I remember correctly) and could accomodate up to four players, which was a blast when we had friends over and shot hoops against the clock. We even hosted a carnival-themed birthday party for one of the kiddos and this game ended up being the highlight. We bought some bulk stuffed animals from a party catalog that we hung from the sides for them to win and dressed like "carnies". Good times! And it's nice to see the kids play with something physical, instead of arcade and video games. It was very easy to assemble out of the box. Ours was missing a strap but I very easily jerry-rigged an alternative and it didn't show at all. We had one particularly cold winter while away from home and the temperatures froze out the electronics in it, but we still continued to shoot hoops with it for a long time afterward. I highly recommend it for any game room. Definitely a favorite.

I purchased the Sportcraft Double Hoop Basketball Game to add to my game room and it has provided hours of entertainment. This basketball game has a nice weight to it, but it's mainly located on the top portion of the machine. The legs on this game are very thin, but they have held up to people bumping into them without failing on many occasions. The score board lights up via battery and it's accurate at keeping score with each basket made. I find the sound effects during game play to be a nice feature, but I wish there was a way to lower the volume because it can get quite loud. The balls provided serve their purpose, but the rubber material has too much bounce. When I shoot the ball and it hits the back of the rim it will rocket back towards me very quickly. In order for me to combat this issue I reduced the air in all of the balls to simulate the bounce of a leather ball. I would definitely recommend the Sportcraft Double Hoop Basketball Game because it can provide hours of entertainment at a fairly cheap price.
