In my experience Osteo Bi-Flex has been a definite life enhancer. I have bad knees and ankles. Before I started using Osteo Bi-Flex there were many days I was in near tears over my joint pain. On the recommendation of my doctor I started taking this on a daily basis. It took only a few weeks before I felt a very real difference in pain level and ease of motion. Osteo Bi-Flex helps renew cartilage and lubricates joints for greater comfort. It does what it promises and that is what I love in this product.

Both my husband and I have joint problems. We tried taking the Triple Flex about 5 years ago. Last year I read articles that it actually didn't to anything for joint pain. We stopped taking it for 6 months to see if we where really get pain relief. After 4 months both of us had very noticable pain increase. We started taking them again. We take one in the morning and one before bed. Thankfully the pain levels have decreased and we are moving without the sharp pain again. Studies may show this does not work but we do get relief and nothing can change our minds that it is the Triple Flex that is helping us.

With right hip pain for over 3 months, took a leap of faith on their claim *"Joint Comfort within 7 Days" . * I don't have arthritis but did see it is endorsed by the *Arthritis foundation *and *"#1 Doctor & Pharmacist Recommended Brand" * First these are VERY expensive, even with coupons and B1G1. The "Ambassador's Club" for frequent buyers is not good. I don't agree with the *"Easy to Swallow Caplets"* the pills are very large and I had to use my pill cutter just to swallow. Started with only one pill despite the recommended dose of 2 per day. The first day was great, my hip felt less stiff and cushiony, could definitely feel something was happening. However by the third day, I felt the effects wearing off within a few hours and bumped up the dose to one and half per day, still using my pill cutter. By day 5, noticed difficulty with soft stools and cut back to 1 pill but didn't help. Called my physician who stated many patients report digestive problems with these (upset stomach, diarrhea and constipation) and warned of the sodium and boron content for those with high blood pressure. He also said patients report but not confirmed that when d/c symptoms seem to get worse.

I have found that the Osteo Bi-Flex Caplets Triple Strength - 120 Caplets is the best of the brand. First, getting the triple strength works out very well as I only have to take two caplets a day versus the three with the other strengths. This is good and the size of the caplet is about the same. Second, I have found that my mobility, especially in my knees, has increased and I can only attribute it to the Osteo Bi-Flex caplets. I have used other brands of Glucosamine Chondroitin but find that Osteo B-Flex is the best. I do have to take one caplet at a time as they are rather large and I will say that the taste of the caplet is not the best, so it is easier to swiftly take the caplets. Try not to get water on them before putting them in your mouth as this makes it worse. That is also true if you have sweaty hands. Overall, the Osteo B-Flex Triple Strength is worth it, especially when the stores (many of them do) offer it buy one, get one.

My knees were hurting me so bad I went and had them xrayed thinking I needed a knee replaement.  Luckily I didn't need a replacement.  I had heard about Osteo Bi-Flex and decided to try it out.  After taking 2 tablets a day for about a week I noticed the pain was gone.  That was over 6 months ago and I'm still pain free.  I can't believe something so easy could be sooooo good.  Checked with my doctor and he said they were OK to continue taking.  Taking 2 pills a day is much better than having surgery.

For years I had heard about the benefits of glucosamine and condroitin (a few of the ingredients in Osteo B-Flex), but I was skeptical. However, when my hip started bothering me (and I mean BOTHERING me), I couldn't find a comfortable position to sit, or even walk at times, I decided to give it a try.  After a few weeks, I realized the pain went away. Not a tinge of pain while I was taking the supplement. Unfortunately, I stopped taking it when I was on vacation and after a few days, the pain returned. Needless to say, I started up my regimen when i got home and the pain was gone. Osteo Bi-Flex may be more expensive than some other supplements, but it's worth it. Keep a look out for buy-one-get-one-free offers. When a friend of mine told me her back was killing her, I suggested she give Osteo Bi-Flex a try. The next time we spoke she thanked me profusely--her pain went away.

After taking it for about a week, he noticed a big difference. His hips weren't hurting any longer. Now we can enjoy long walks together. Osteo Bi-Flex it truly a miracle drug!

I tried Osteo-Biflex after my daughter recommended it.  She warned me it would take at least a month or two to notice any difference, and she was right--there was a little less pain and "popping" of my knee joint after the first four weeks, and much less by the end of the second month.  Osteo-Biflex does not taste bad or create any GI upset.  However, the triple strength tablets are very large.  If a person has difficulty swallowing, it may be better to use the regular or double-strength products more often because they are smaller in size.  I am very pleased with the results I have achieved by using Osteo-Biflex to treat my knee arthritis, and plan to continue taking it indefinitely.  Besides helping with existing arthritis, it also helps prevent arthritic changes in your joints.  There is a lot of research on its main ingredients (chrondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, and others) that show the safety and effectiveness of these nutritional supplements to treat and improve the condition of arthritic joints.

I suffer with stiffness in the joints and pain sometimes.  I had seen advertisements  about Osteo Bi-Flex on television and figured I would try it.  I find that I do not have as much pain in my joints.  At times my kness are stiff but this seems to change as I become more active during the day.  These pills do work if taken according to the directions.
