Excellent for small aches and pains as well as muscle tenderness and bruising. I keep a bottle of these in low potency (like 6c or 30x) next to my bed at night, and if I'm terribly sore from working outside that day, I let one dissolve under my tongue and almost immediately the pain starts to ease and I know I'm going to have a restful night's sleep. You can use them in higher potency (30c is the most recommended strength) for sudden falls, injuries, really sore muscles, and other aches or pains of soft tissue that you would like to go away as soon as possible. Homeopathic products, if taken correctly, cure you of what ails you whereas most other over the counter medicines just palliate. Use the product as little as possible for the best results. With homeopathy, less is more. We've been using this remedy for years and really like this brand because it's quick dissolving and easy to give to children. It has just the slightest sweetness.

This stuff is great; I found it through a friend and well never take aspirin again. Not only is hyland a great company, the products that they offer are budget conscious and effective. It is not necessarily a great head ache cure but it does sooth my daily aches, when necessary.

I am a huge believer in homeopathic remedies, as I have had great success with such.Arnica montana is terrific for muscle pulls. I twisted my back a few evenings ago during a rehearsal, and when I arrived home about 3 hours later I was extremely uncomfortable. I took a dose of arnica montana and went to bed shortly after. The next day I had forgotten it even happened. That next evening I was in rehearsal in exactly the same situation to cause another pull, and I was a little concerned that it would re-aggravate it. But nothing. The arnica took care of it thoroughly.These quick-dissolve tablets are terrific, but if I need to carry a homeopathic remedy with me (such as nux vomica for stomach upset) I have to use another brand that uses the hard pellets so they won't disintegrate in my purse or backpack.

#1...I trust Hyland's!  This product is natural and aids injuries which cause bruising, even old injuries, and soreness.  I have used this after dental work and also childbirth.  Also, good for backaches and overexertion.  I use the lid to dispense the tablets as not to touch them with my hand and drop them under the tongue.  DIssolves quickly and can be repeated as needed.

You know that movie, "Big Fat Greek Wedding"? The dad uses Windex for everything in the movie....my mom uses Arnica for EVERYTHING! It's actually become the family joke now. The funniest part, is that now I'm a mom and I use it for everything too! When my son gets shots, I use arnica. When my son gets bumps and bruises, I use Arnica. I think that there is for sure a noticable time difference in bruise healing when using arnica and when ot using it. One thing that really has me hooked on Arnica is how safe it is. I would hate to give my son tylenol or some other drug type product and run the risk of him becoming unaffected by it when is really needed. I like that arnice is safe and doesn't interact with drugs oddly, and won't create a dependancy. I use arnica for my sore muscles after working out and even used it for aches and pains after my labor! But by far, I loved that it helps my bruises go away quicker!

Hyland's Arnica Montana works on muscle pain. This will really help your body to heal faster from muscle bruising or tearing. It's an all natural product, you can use it in addition to ibruprofin. The pills are little white tablets that you place under your toungue and dissolve. If you have a muscle injury do to sports or a car accident or such, these will help your body to want to heal itself faster. It works by "tricking" your body into thinking it is worse off than it is and your body rushes in with extra healing power to help you out, all without making you more tired or aware of what it is doing. The one thing about these is that they are not FDA approved. Do not overdose the recommended amount on the label and be sure to follow all recommendations that are printed on the label. If you have not used these before, definately ask your pharmacist or health food store clerk for advice before you use them on someone other than yourself.

I use all of hylands products! I love the arnica and any time someone is hurt I give it to them. I also love the fact that it is safer than name brand products you see in the store. About four years ago my daughter fell and hit a sprinkler so hard that it snapped in half. My parents were going to give her tylenol and I said NO!! The bruise was about four inches all the way around. I had my mom give her arnica tablets three times a day and then apply arnica cream to the bruise in the morning and then again at night. Within three days the bruise went down to the size of a quarter and in another day it way gone! Now my parents use arnica all the time. When my dad had surgery I made him start taking it as soon as he got home and he healed faster. The Dr.s were amazed!

I started becoming more natural-minded when trying to conceive. The only medicines I took were homeopathic. My midwife recommended arnice montana for after labor. I keep it in the house all the time now. We use it for everything from headaches to sore muscles. It works great, and I can give it to my kids and  cats without fear or stomach or liver damage, unlike most over the counters out now. This stuff works great, every time. The tablets dissolve easily and have a light flavor. I use may of Hyland's tablets.

I never really knew about this product until the past couple of years, and am surprised how quickly and effectively it works. The pain and stiffness is soon gone. Almost seems too good to be true. I also like their quinine tablets for the occasional muscle cramps I get after being low in potassium or not having enough minerals and water at the beach. (ever get a "charley horse"?)
