I have not had a good experience with this digital photo frame at all, in fact I have had nothing but issues out of it. The first frame I bought would not hold any photos. After trying to hook it up to the computer and not being able to store any photos on it at all (it is supposed to have a built in memory for photos) I had to call customer service to try to get the issue resolved. They could not troubleshoot it so I had to send the product into them for repair. I had to ship it, pay to ship it, even though the error was with their product and nothing on my end. I recieved my new frame and was finally able to load up my photos on it and sat it in the living room to enjoy. After a few weeks the digital photo frame started to glitch and stick on one photo. I tried turning it on and off, unplugging it, nothing worked. I tried to leave it off for a few days (it is a computer and computers do need down time every so often). But even that did not work. I no longer have the box to contact the company and I am nervous about even trying, I do not feel like paying for shipping for a product again when neither issue are user related. I have just decided to get a better photo frame from a better brand.
