We purchased this USB headset as a backup for my husband who works from home on our computer. We were both shocked at how great the quality is for the price we paid. We have used several other brands of USB headsets and this was by far the best out of the box and now several weeks in to use. There has occasionally been some distortion on the microphone that we hear on play back, but no one else has been able to pick up on that. Using these headsets to play games, listen to music, watch movies and even make internet based phone calls they have worked great in all applications. The first time I listened to music with these I was in love with the sound quality. Even if these had been much pricier they would have been worth it for that level of quality. The microphone is great at not picking up a ton of background noise which is important when being used for work. As the headphones are over ear they also do a wonderful job blocking outside noise which can be key when listening to orders placed in a work setting.
