I've been using the GNC Pro Performance and AMP amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 protein for a few weeks now and am really liking it. I do the insanity workout system and am really drained after doing that and running/workingout and really needed a recovery drink so I can come back the next day and do it all over again. I told the guy at GNC and he recommended this protein to me because it will help with my stamina while helping me get a leaner body, which is what I wanted. The directions say to take three scoops which would be 60 grams but I only take one to one and a half scoops depending on what I'm doing because 60 grams seems excessive. I've also read that taking too much protein can ruin your kidneys so I try to avoid the upper extremes of things to prevent damage. Even when I'm not working out, I crave the protein drink because it actually tastes good. When i'm in the middle of a workout, and am about to die out, the only thing that keeps me pushing through is knowing that the protein drink will be there when I'm done.
