Not on time. 2 hours late! After I made phone call asking questions.. Phone went on recording. No apologies! Driver unsafe! Van made terrible noises! Driver wasn't sure of directions to airport. Missed flight. They got their money.. I lost money and time!!

No Communication - no ride
Needed to book limo for an 5 am trip from New Haven to LGA (NY). Website message said it in process of being redesigned but directed me to a link to book reservation. There was no schedule nor price list but I've used CT Limo for years (last in 2011) and knew that info. Website stated that I would receive an email confirmation and a phone call from representative to finish the booking. This was at 10:30 am approx. for a booking the next day for 5 am. Received confirmation email immediately. This was ONLY to confirm the time NOT any payment arrangements. BY 5:15 pm we had heard nothing, so went back online to get phone number to call. They CLOSED at 5 pm!! Tried 800 # - no answer!! Began to panic as we needed the ride. Ended up contacting www.go2airport.com (formerly Prime Time) SAME PRICE as CT Limo.....very courteous - will NEVER use CT LIMO again. NOte: as of 4:45 pm today STILL no call from CT LImo.
Left me stranded at 3am and were unapologetic about it
En route to my 3:05 am confirmed pickup in Bridgeport, CT limo called and said they would not be able to take me to JFK. No apologies, very rude and I still have not been able to obtain a credit from them. I have never dealt with such rude and uncaring people in my life. The dispatcher was impolite when he called to cancel at the last minute and said they had only one car available which was broken down. The customer service person who I called to obtain credit was rude and the manager was even worse. They just don't care about the customer and make it very difficult to obtain credit for a service that they cancelled! They are not a professional company and it appears that they only act as an agent for independent drivers not within their control. They have no backup plan and left me stranded at the last minute.
The worst customer service ever!!
Ctlimo.com was the worst shuttle service that I ever decided to purchase. The customer service is provided by this angry woman is close to yelling at the person calling. Hartford/Bradley airport is closest reasonably priced airport and I would much rather use it than the others in NYC because it is so much closer. But since Ctlimo.com is the only shuttle that services that airport they have antagonize their customers.
I missed by shuttle from New Haven to hartford by fifteen minutes and I arranged another means of getting to my flight. But I asked them if I could use it for my return flight which would land at 11pm at night. I was told that I could. On the day of my return, I called them but they said their last shuttle leaves the airport at 11pm and would not wait for me and their next pick up is at 7am the next morning. I tried to explain that I that did not have a check bag and would not have to wait long they told me to change my flight or wait till 7 am at the airport. I had to change to my flight to JFK to avoid this situation and asked them for a refund. But now they are telling me that their ticket is non-refundable and anyway could not be used to travel from Hartford to New Haven since the ticket was originally booked for New Haven to Hartford.
The runaround and the unpleasantness of the people at ctlimo.com was the worst that I ever saw. I am sure if they would improve their service hours and people skills they would be saving 2 hours of travel time for people going from new haven to NYC.
Best Reasonable Service!
I take Connecticut Limo all the time because I fly a lot for work and never had a problem. My drivers are always polite and always drive professionally. Some drivers are really funny and I enjoy my conversations to and from the airports! I like that I can change my reservations at no charge and when I call the agents are always polite and courteous. Last time I had to fly in a storm and totally missed my reservation and was grateful to be able to take the next van after I finally arrived at the airport. I didn't even have to wait that long! Thanks CT Limo! Keep up the great job!

Sometimes they were slow.
At times, CT limo did not get me to the airport at the scheduled time, at one point nearly causing me to miss my flight. I got to the airport 20 minutes before departure, and luckily security excorted me through very quickly.I would take CT limo again in an emergency, but if there were another option I would take advantage of it.
Never, never again! Unsafe!
After a recent vacation our flight from NY to Hartford CT was cancelled due to bad weather. We called Connecticut Limo as we had used them years ago, to get us back to Hartford.
We were picked up in a timely manner and entered a van with two other passengers. Over the next two hours in thunder and lightening storms with flash flooding we picked up 6 more people, including a toddler. The driver barely spoke English and did not communicate with the passengers beyond taking their money. He drove like a maniac despite the weather and we were tossed side to side and back to front as he weaved around vehicles at high speeds, splashing through puddles.
The van had no rear view mirror, and by the way we bounced around, I suspect poor or no shock absorbers!
By the time we arrived in Hartford, we wanted to kiss the ground! The next morning we discovered with all the thrashing around we did, my husband's wallet had dropped out of his pocket. It included credit cards, some cash, his passport, and license. We immediately called Connecticut Limo for them to check the van that we were in and were told that if it had been in the van, they would have turned it in. We knew there was no other place it could be because he had it in the van to pay the bill and not after. After some discussion, the girl that answered the phone reluctantly agreed to check with the driver, but said she couldn't reach him until the end of the day (surprising, as they radio him every 2 seconds to get another passenger!). We never heard from her. Meanwhile we cancelled passports, credit cards, etc.
About a week later we got a separate call from them stating that my husband's wallet had been turned in as it was found in one of their vans. I spoke to customer service at that time and gave them all of the information regarding the whole incident, from the van to the missing wallet. They assured us it would be handled. TWO months later, I received a letter from Connecticut Limo, stating that they were sorry about our experience but wanted us to know that their drivers take a course and are all safe drivers and they have great customer service; however, for our trouble they issued us a $10 credit toward our next ride with them (which I promptly threw away). Beware this company, that driver will kill someone eventually and they don't care.
Dropped CT Limo for Hire Driver CT
Well, I have been a "loyal" CT Limor customer for about 2 years - however, loyal should not be equated to "happy" and "satisfied".
After being fined for being Late several times, i have opted out of the CT limo game and through the power of Google and Co., I have found a service that is incredible and friendly.
Just outside of Westport, CT - my wife got in touch with BEN from Hire-Driver-CT.com and i have been in heaven ever since. Great guy, service with a smile, and most importantly ON TIME, every time.

this company is always late--and they're unfriendly to boot! i've found myself waiting over an hour for their drivers to pick me up. one night i arrived at the hartford airport and discovered that i'd have to be waiting 2 hrs, despite my reservation. fortunately i was able to split a cab with some other disgruntled CT limo customers going in the same direction.
after a number of incidents, i've decided never to use CT limo again. i'm truly surprised that they haven't been put out of business by now.
