The amd sempron is a good cpu for the money. I am a system builder, and this is the cpu that i install in all my basic computer systems. The sempron runs cool, and stable out of the box. When installed with windows 7-32bit and 2 gb of memory, the system runs quick and responsive. You can surf the web, email, play games, and do anything an average user would need to do on a computer.
