Alprazolam is perfect for anxiety or panic attacs. I have found it is also effective in preventing hangovers. I do not know if I would be alive today if not for this amazing medication. I had such overwhelming panic attacks I was unable to drive think or even speak effectively. Now I can live my life the way I was before I ever had a panic attack. The only con about this medication is that it can be addicting. You should definately be under a doctors care. Also, if you decide to quit taking after taking for sometime there may be withdrawls. In conclusion, just be sure you are under the care of a doctor before taking this medication. You should never take any medication subscribed to someone else.
