This Zojirushi water boiler was given to us as a gift. At first, I didn't know what in the world we needed with a water boiler. But, I have fallen in love with it! Yes, it's easy to boil water on the stove with a kettle, but when you have little ones that are distracting it is very easy to boil a kettle dry! Having this water boiler has been so convenient. I can immediately put hot water in my tea pitcher and steep it for 5 minutes. That compares to waiting several minutes for water to boil on the stove top...and getting distracted by the kids in the meantime. It is also very handy for Miso soup or cleaning with hot water. It's there and handy. I do wish it had a larger basin to hold more water. Seems that I am always filling it up. I love the "unlock" button, which is required before you can release hot water out of it. I also love that you can set the temperature on it. It is quite expensive for what it is, but the convenience is worth it to this busy mama.

This product has made my life a lot easier, particularly as a student. I like drinking tea, but don't always have time to boil water before brewing my tea. The Zojirushi cuts out that time entirely. I also use it for making ramen, pasta, oatmeal, and any other number of dorm friendly foods. I've had this machine for 4 years and it's still going strong!

I swear by this brand after first buying their rice cooker. I recently bought this water boiler and it has made a huge difference in my life. It's great for heating water (super fast!) and I can use the hot water for tea, coffee, and even to quickly cook my instant ramen noodles. The design and handles make this product portable and easy to use. Even my grandmother can just press the button and understand how to use it. Compared to other boilers, this one is precise in terms of water pressure and it seems like the perfect temperature for brewing tea. After buying this, there is no need for a tea kettle or any other hot water storage item.

Hot water anytime you like it! Just pour in water, plug it in (no need to unplug it), and it'll just boil and keep your water warm at the temperature you choose. It also has a safety keep that you need to unlock before you can pour hot water to prevent accidents. Everytime the indicator will show you how much hot water you have and you could simply refill it and it'll autoboil for you. It is definitely pricier than other brands but it's so worth it! I've been using mine for years without the need to change anything! Previously I used a cheaper brand, thinking it's just hot water, and they stopped working after a while, and I have to buy a new one to replace them. The number adds up! It's definitely worth it if you need hot water! No need to boil in a pot that you might have used for boiling food before!

Just pour the water in this **Zojirushi CD-WBC30 Micom Electric 3-Liter Water Boiler and Warmer, **plug in! That is all you need to do. After that, I just keep plugging it in and add water when the water lever gets low. How can I tell? Because its window! You can have hot water any time. It has choice of temprature, so you can have piping hot water or just hot water. I used hot water, not only drinks, but also use for cooking, too. In my busy schedule, sometime I don't have time to cook from water, so I just use Already-boiled hot water.****

I'm a tea fiend, and having hot water available on demand makes life infinitely simpler because these last few years I've not had time to put the kettle on. And I like more than just black tea, so having multiple temperature settings, plus a digital readout of the temperature as it's heating, allows me to enjoy greens and whites without burning them (and you can tell when it's burnt because it'll be like what I imagine tea made from cigarette butts would taste like). I've also used it for everything from making Jello and hot cocoa to quick-boiling water for making food on the stove. It's also been used for instant oatmeal and baby formula. I've had my current Zojirushi for several years now (I had a previous model, but when I moved I let my parents keep it, and it's still going strong), and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid piece of equipment that will last a long time.
