I really like the Wilton Bake It Better 12 Cavity Bar Pan. I primarily use it to make mini brownies. I love the edge brownies [you know where they have the crispy yummy edges?] and have tried the brownie pans specifically made to create the edge brownies with no luck. This is perfect for making "edge" brownies. It has more uses besides that but that's just my primary use for it. This pan is great quality. It's not flimsy at all. I don't ever have a problem with my baked goods sticking to the pan. Because items don't stick it's pretty easy to clean, simply let it soak for a few minutes and wipe it out with a sponge. I've had this pan for a number of years and it's still just as good as day one. My mom has now invested in one and she uses it for SO many different baked goods because she likes to make individual portions for parties and whatnot. I highly recommend the Wilton Bake It Better 12 Cavity Bar Pan. It's a really good quality pan and has a lot of uses.
