Would love to use it for muffins, cornbread, etc but I refuse to use this frustrating product again!! I will buy another brand of mini muffin pan

It seems like I always have something I need to bake cupcakes or cookies for, so whenever I have to make mini cupcakes, I always use my Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan. I typically use mini cupcake liners, so I don't have to worry about anything sticking to the pan. When food does bake onto the pan, it's really easy to clean off because there is a non-stick surface on this muffin pan. Another reason I like this is because you can make 24 mini cupcakes at a time. My other mini tins only make about 12 at a time, so it seems to take me so long to cook everything. This cuts down on so much of the baking time, which, in itself, was reason enough for me to buy the pan! Pampered Chef also has a great return policy which makes me really confident whenever I buy items from them. I don't have to worry about spending more money on an item because I know it will work great for me. Design I love that this is big enough to bake 24 items at a time.

I first used my Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan when my friends and I decided to have a small brunch party. I saw the pan and thought it would be a perfect occasion to make some tiny muffins. You can make 24 mini muffins in this pan. I made a batch of little apple cinnamon muffins and they turned out so well that I made blueberry and strawberry ones as well. They were a big hit at our brunch. My friends were just fascinated by the mini muffin pan. This pan has a nonstick coating that lets the muffins just slide right out. The pan is sturdy and seems to be durable. Clean up was really easy, I just basically gave it a quick rinse with hot water between batches. I then started thinking about other things I could make in it. And proceeded to make mini brownie bites and then some cookie bites after the brunch was over. The initial fascination has faded now and I don't use it very often, but it is a great pan to have in my kitchen and it is very reasonably priced. I usually get it out for birthdays or holidays.

I bought this muffin tray because of the size, but its not the best I Give this a 4 rating because I think it could be better. I bought it to make several little cupcakes for the holidays, so the kids could decorated, etc. So I didn't need them to come out perfectly as the kids wouldn't really care. I noticed right away it was kid of bog for storage, and knowing I wasn't going to be using it that much, thought I should have bought 2 separate dozen ones so they could stack and take up less room. Performance They need a lot of spray, and stick more than you think it would. All in all they came out well, not over cooked. Ease of Cleaning Ugh, mini muffin pans can be a pain to wash! You have to get into every cup to wash out pieces that are stuck and make sure you dry it out well so you don't get water stains. Durability It hold us well, but that might be because I don't use it that often. Design I would like to see something made that stacks or else I would recommend buying two smaller ones. Doesn't Stick Spray extra, you will need it

I love cooking and enjoy picking up new kitchen products which is why I decided to purchase the Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan when I attended a party a number of years ago. There are a number of things that I like about this product. One of them is that it comes from a company I trust to make products that stand up over time. Another thing that I like about this product is that the non stick surface on it is very tough and is able to stand up to things like using spoons to get stuck on items out. I also like the fact that there are a number of different things you can make in this mini-muffin pan. It is, of course, great for making mini versions of your favorite muffins. It is also great at making things like little egg soufles and also desserts that you would like to have be smaller in size. Really there is nothing bad I can say about this muffin tin and how well it has worked for my family and I over the years.

This little muffin pan make the perfect bite-sized treats for parties or showers. One of my favorites to make are the tuxedo brownie bites, they are so very good. The pan has a lovely non-stick coating that is very strong. I still use some cooking spray to ensure a good release, but the brownies (or whatever else) usually fall right out. The small scoop from Pampered Chef is the perfect size for filling this pan. I also love that you get 24 servings from one baking! Performance My food always cooks evenly and uniformly. It releases well and is easy to clean up. The cups aren't terribly deep, and the corners are rounded. Ease of Cleaning The non-stick coating and rounded bottoms of the cups make clean up a breeze. I use a nylon scrub brush to clean mine right up. Durability I've been using mine for a long time. I've always been careful not to use anything that would scratch the non-stick surface. Design I love everything about the way that this pan is designed. Doesn't Stick The coating is excellent. You can tell how nice it is just by touch. I use a little cooking spray just to be safe, and the food always pops right out.

I am a huge Pampered Chef fan; I have been for over 10 years. I purchased this Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan about 3 years ago with wonderful dreams of using this often to make fanciful bite side morsels, flash forward 3 years and I think that I've used this only 3 times. I'd only recommend purchasing this if you do lots of in home parties or are constantly baking for school or church parties. This Pampered Chef Mini-Muffin Pan is cute and is a great idea in theory, but in my opinion takes up to much space in my cupboard for having such little usage or success. Performance Its a muffin pan, you'd think you use it the same as others - but there seems to be an art to using this. This pan is not great for cooking mini muffins, but it is clever for lots of other recipes like mini tartes, etc. Ease of Cleaning It's dishwasher safe, but if you don't spray it down with cooking spray well...stuff will stick! Durability This is pan is not cheap, but it is sturdy. It's made well and doesn't seem like it will warp easily. Design This really isn't a great purchase for daily use, especially if you have children - they chow thru 6 of these small little muffins in no time. I actually think the small bites give you the illusion that you're eating less, when in fact you eat more because of the size (or so this is true for me at least). It just feels like making these tiny muffins is a pain in my day - I have to make 2-3 batches to have any decent amount of quantities for parties. Doesn't Stick No, stuff definitely sticks! If you get ANY batter on any part of the pan that is not FULLY sprayed with a spray on oil, it will STICK and stick like crazy. I've baked muffins in this pan, swearing that I sprayed the muffin holes completely and still have gotten "stickage" on some. My advice: spray the entire pan (including the top surface) so if you get dripage while filling the holes you'll have a better clean up experience.

The minis made in this pan are a bit smaller than other minis made in other pans so one recipe makes more. This is great for bake sales and little girl's tea parties. Performance This Pampered Chef cookware is guaranteed for three years and will be replaced if defective with the original receipt. Take care not to damage the finish with metal utensils or scouring pads. Ease of Cleaning The non-stick finish makes for easy clean-up. Allow the pan to cool completely before cleaning. Hand wash; rinse and towel dry immediately. Design This muffin pan bakes 2 dozen mini muffins at a time so it cuts down on baking time.

Disclaimer:  I sell Pampered Chef beause I love it, rather than the other way around.   The Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan is perfect for its intended purpose: making mini muffins - which are the perfect size for brunch or serving to children (who love the just-for-me size).  And it's so wonderful to clean.  The non-stick surface is incredibly easy to wipe off, even if you've left it for a couple of hours (or days) before cleaning it.  But the great thing about this pan is that it is only limited by your imagination.  There are so many things you can make.  Brownie bites, mini quiches, Jell-O molds (with fruit inside!), mini pies and much more. If you buy the pan, though, be sure to spend the little extra to purchase the mini-tart shaper.  It is definitely worth it and expands the possibilities for what can be done with this marvelous pan. So, yes, I would recommend The Pampered Chef Deluxe Mini-Muffin pan to anyone!

I honestly don't use this Pampered Chef mini-muffin pan as much as I thought I would, although I have used it numerous times over the past 10 years that I've had it. It is just to "fussy" for everyday use for me. I have made brownie bites, chocolate chip cookie muffins, muffins and pizza bites in it. It does work very well. It seems to bake the contents evenly. You'll want to make sure to turn your temperature down 25 degrees and maybe check the muffins a few minutes early, because it does have a non-stick surface and things tend to get done early. It is pretty easy to clean up - the non-stick surface helps most particles come off easily, however if you burn things or over bake them much, you will probably have some scrubbing to do. All in all, it is a nice pan and does what it is supposed to do.
