This product is reasonably priced, always available on the store shelf, and does what it purports to do. Since taking this product every day, I have kept regular and kept my weight stable throughout the cold winter months in the northeast when I usually gain weight. I enjoy the fruity candy like taste and consistency and do not mind taking this every day by mouth. I cannot live without these little gems.

I started taking these fiber gummies about 4 years ago. They do wonders! I always knew I didn't get enough fiber in my diet but I don't really like taking pills. My boyfriend bought these and now we both love them. They taste good (same as any gummy candy) and they make a huge difference. I often get a little constipated and these really help to get things moving. Effectiveness If I feel constipated and take a couple of these it really helps things start moving in a day or two. if you take them regularly it works even better! Ease of Use I try to take two a day and it's super easy. Just take them out and eat them like you would any gummy candy! Immediacy If you only take them as needed and don't have a lot of other fiber it may take a day or two but by the second day it always for sure helps things get going, usually the next day though.

I have constipation and don't have bowel movements as much as I should, so the doctor recommended that I take in more fiber.  At first, I was using the Fiber powders that you mix with water, but I eventually got so lazy that I didn't take it anymore.  Then a friend found these Vitafusion gummies for me online and I ordered some to try it out.  They taste amazing!  They're so good that I want to eat so many at one time!  I never forget to take them because it's so easy to eat and I feel like I'm just eating regular gummy bear candies.  After eating them, I did notice that I do have an easier time with my bowel movements, however, I don't think it has increased the number of times I go to the bathroom.  I wonder if I can eat more than the daily recommended dose?  I will have to ask my doctor about that and get back to you guys.  All in all, these fiber gummies are well worth the money, and make it so fun and convenient to get your daily dose of fiber!

i've had to face the facts.. i have bowel problems and thus i must take fiber the rest of my life.. so i have tried about every thing you could think of. they took my favorite off the market but now they have come out with these delicious fiber gummies. they have less calories and more fiber than fiber choice and they taste amazing. the only problem is i want to eat the whole bottle in one day.. but i am strong and dont. but i am so happy to have found these. i get so excited when a new fiber product comes out, esp. when it is this good.
