Easy to use but kind of smelly!

5

I am a lazy person when it comes to shaving so thank god for these type of products. I have previously used nair and didn't have good results and ended up hurting my skin from some sort of reaction to it so I was skeptical when I purchased it. After I slathered it on my legs I waited a few minutes and hopped in the shower. I washed my hair and all that while the Veet was still on my legs and was surprised that it hadn't washed off. I used the brush thing that came with it and got the rest of the cream off in no time at all. My legs were soft and the hair stayed gone longer than when I shave and my legs were not as dry. This was a lot easier than shaving and I do this on a regular basis now. The only downside is that it is a bit smelly but nothing that would make you gag while using it. Effectiveness Removes all the hair and in a quick time with little effort. Scent I have two different types of Veet and this one does not have a very good smell. It's not the worst but still stinky.

Veet is my super weapon

I absolutely love this stuff. I used nair once and that was it, turned me off to hair remover products like it. But I got a bottle of Veet for free during a promo. Its amazing. My hair is coarse and grows back so quickly. This leaves me silky smooth (iliterally can't stop touching it) and keeps it that way much longer than a razor. No burning sensation at all for me and I have sensitive skin. I know it says not too, but I have used it on my bikini area and love the results there too. I wouldn't recommend all the nooks and crannies, but I'm sure you can get my drift. Ive tried all the scents and prefer the Melon. Its a hair remover its gonna have a slight smell, but find this less offensive than others on the market. I find these on sale quite often and stock up. 2 thumbs up!

Veet is safe and effective, especially great when pregnant!

I have always been searching for the perfect hair removal method for me since I have sensitive skin and hate bothering with it so I love long lasting methods. I discovered Veet when I was pregnant with my first child and decided to try it since it was bladeless and I was having a hard time maneuvering and seeing what I was doing when shaving my legs. The Veet dissolved all my leg hair in the shortest recommended amount of time, easily removed with the bladeless tool and rinsed away well, leaving my legs very smooth with NO stubble for days. Best of all, no irritation developed on my sentive skin at any time. I used Veet again right before I gave birth and my legs stayed smooth for my entire 4 day hospital stay. The only possible downside is the smell, which is inevitable with any depilatory cream, but Veet does a good job of making it less offensive than most. I am about to give birth again and you can bet I will be Veet-ing beforehand!!

Veet makes shaving super lazy!

I got a package of Veet in shower hair removal cream for normal skin. I just wanted to see if it could beat the razor in smoothness and time. I applied it, waited the allotted 3 min and then allowed the shower to rinse it off. While I was waiting I had time to wash my hair and body. It felt like I was shower multi tasking! I was very shocked by how well this stuff stayed on my legs even when splashed in the shower. I was careful to avoid the full blast of the shower, but even a bit didn't make it run down my legs. When I was ready I simply used my hands to rinse the cream and hair off of my legs. They turned out totally smooth. There were no forgotten spots or razor burn. This stuff is great! I can totally see myself using this to save time on any given day. The only bad part about this stuff is that there isn't a whole not in the bottle which means you will probably only get one or two uses out of it.

Veet is ok, just ok.

I can't totally bash veet. It's ok, but thats about all. It does what it's supposed to do which is remove hair, but I don't think it's the best method around. First off, it smells horrible! By horrible I mean almost non tolerable. The bottle says that it's got a clean, fresh smell...haha, yeah right! It smells like a perm and leaves my bathroom smelling that way for hours! Second it takes almost a whole bottle to cover both of my legs! I'm pretty tall at 5'10, but I don't think I'm a giant. I just expected a few applications per bottle to justify the cost. I'm pretty sure a razor and some soap can do the exact thing in 3 minutes as well. It's ok if you are super busy and just want to slap some on and continue putting on makeup or doing your hair. I hear if you leave it on too long it's a nightmare, but hope I never forget to wash it off and have to experience it first hand. Id say that skipping the Veet and overall shaving would be your best bet!

I really like using this product!  It is easy to use.  I like the fact that you can do it every 3-4 days as part of your morning or evening routien and all is set.  The smell is a little off putting, but other than that it is a great product.
