Look no further for an easy-to-use home gym.

I used to scoff at the home gym infomercials, thinking I need real weights. My first time on the Total Gym Supra, I realized, this thing is great! It pushed me in a way I hadn't been with free weights. Smooth, continuous motions forced me to use proper form and technique for each exercise.

I did some checking to find current prices, mine is a little older, and you can find a Supra for under $300.

One of the drawbacks I found with the Supra is the weight range. It tops out at about 60% of your body weight. For me, that's about...fooled you. You thought I was going to tell you. For... review »

I got the the Total Gym to help me rid of the fat & tone my body. I'm glad I did. It goes to work right away & you can feel the difference. I have become very weak, and the total gym helps to make me stronger. I love it! It can be adjusted to anyone. Even if you can't get down low like me. It has many levels from high to low for men & women The Total Gym can work for anyone. The leg exstensions, and the arms are great for me to help with weakness, and build strength. Easy to assemble and use.

I bought mine at their Ebay outlet for less than half price and received a free upgrade from the company because they were out of the chosen model. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I can track my progress on a chart and remain motivated to use it on a regular basis. There was a minor problem with machine upon its arrival but it didn't prevent my using it and the company responded quickly to my concerns.
