Too expensive for the constant black-outs!

Time Warner Cable - Digital Phone Service  — 

Time Warner charges way too much and the cable reception is bad.  They say digital television is so good that by law everyone must have it next year, yet our TV shows are going out every few seconds and the screen is held hostabe by scrambling digital blocks!  All they tell us to do is reset the box.  How many times a day does it take for them to realize there is an issue?  We reset our box up to 8 times in some days.  It makes a difference for an hour usually - sometimes not even that long.  If we reach a "good" customer service rep they will reset it for us from their location.  That will give us 2 or 3 hours of clear television. 

Telephone and internet are ok, though.

My issue is that everytime,well maybe not everytime I try to watch and pay for a movie on channel 999 movies on demand I repeatedly get an error code! It is very annoying..and my digital phone constantly makes loud crackeling noises in my ear it's very loud and startles me everytime,It's poor quality phone service, the cable lines must be old or something? who knows but I do have the whole bundle package and my bill is mighty high!!

i have the same problem im in winston-salem and thos tiling block almost happen every hour , time warner has been out to my house 9 times without fixing the problem anyone have any answers?
