I will NEVER buy from this company again!

1

I have been shopping at this company for the past 5 years. Their soup is not bad, but the people that work at this company are horrible. They are so unfriendly, unhelpful, and curt. I was going to let it go, but I'm so tired of people being rude since Covid. I ordered something as a gift for a family that was sick with Covid. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the shipping (I paid priority and put a note in the comments on how to ship but it did not show up). Instead of being understanding, they were like this is a You problem, Period (every time over the course of multiple emails). If it was my company I would have at least been nicer about it and said I'm so sorry for the mix up, but unfortunately etc... Life is messy, it's how you handle it that makes a difference. This company is RUDE!

I bought a soup from this joke of a online company. They charged 2x what you could buy it at the store. Would not give me credit or take the soup back even though it was never opened....this company sucks do not buy from they they are horrible!!!!!

Oh

love your soups but:

I love your soups but want you to omit the hydrogenated oils and lower the salt content to make your soups healthier. I am sure you would attract many other health conscious buyers. I know I would purchase & serve them more often if you did this.

Great selection, perfect for spicing up meals.

I am always looking for ways to add a little adventure or spice into my meals. I eat a lot of soup, even in the summer so when I came across Soups Online.com I fell in love almost immediately. The product selection Is extensive and amazing. There is literally a new soup to try every day. I like that they also cater to dry rubs and other mixes as well. I have tried a few of the chilli mixes as well and loved the new taste sensations. Ease of Use The website is well organized and very very easy to use. It makes picking out just the right soups for your personal tastes very easy. Product Selection As mentioned above, the product selection is fantastic. Product Pricing For the quality of product, its actually pretty great prices. More expensive than your average can of chicken noodle but we'll worth it. Customer Service I haven't ever had any issues with ordering or shipping but the questions I had about ingredients were answered in a timely matter by a customer service rep. Shipping and Returns Quick shipping and not too expensive. Haven't had to return anything.

SoupsOnline: More Than Just Soups And Bases

4

I started shopping at SoupsOnline when someone said that they had a wide variety of dry rubs, seasonings and dry soup mixes. Being a prepper I am always on the lookout for ways to make emergency meals tastier and in most cases using a dry base or mix is the best way to go. I have ordered about ten times from the site and love the variety that they have at the site; the sampler packs that I ordered to give as gifts to friends were extremely well received and I know that when December rolls around I am going to be using the site to order some Christmas gifts. The prices are comparable to what you would pay for similar items in retail stores but there are some things that I can't get locally. One of the things that I order on a regular basis is the crock pot slow cooker packets. I have tried others and they aren't as good as the ones that are sold at the site and while they are about .20 cents more than what I would pay in a store, the taste is more than worth it. The site has a great mix of organic and regular packet seasonings as well as soup starters, crock pot mixers, salsa seasonings, canned soups and more. So far the Asian Soup Sampler has been the one that my friends have raved about when I've given them one. When you are ordering the samplers you are going to want to double check the current selections because they do change from time to time.

If you are someone who makes soups all the time, whether from scratch or uses mixers, or are someone who just EATS soup all the time , this website is for you. But they are most than just soups. They have dip mixes, cheese ball mixes, gravy, seasoning, breads, drink mixes and even desserts. The name "soupsonline" can be misleading if someone is not a huge soup fanatic, as there's so much more available with amazing variety. It's great for my entertaining. If I want to impress my guests with a new flavor of dip or drink mix, I go to this website. They have such a HUGE variety. It's one thing to find a few brands in the store, but this place has everything. Brands I've never even heard of. I am a little hesitant to try new brands, not knowing their quality, but they have flavors I've never even tried, so I'm willing to go out on that limb to try a new flavor. And I'm super glad I did. I use this website when I want to try something new and don't want to take the risk to try making it myself. Or if I have heard of a great brand and I want to see if they have it, I just search through their brands, as they have a huge selection. I like to check out their sale selection, which is not easily laid out on their website, as it took me a little bit to find it. But I check out their sale selection, as items are well marked off, and I will take a risk to try something new easier that way. It's a great way to try something new!

Soups Online is a web site which offers a very impressive variety of soup mixes (over 450).  In addition to the soups, the site also sells a small selection of bread mixes and gifts.  There are many different brands of soup available, and you can bring up pages of just one particular brand if you so desire.  The soups are also categorized according to variety, main ingredient, ethnicity/region, dietary need, serving size, season (of the year), simple soups (which only require the addition of water), slow cooker soups, & unique soups.  The ability to sort the soups by category and brand makes it very easy to find exactly what you want.  In addition, if you go to the information page of any of the soups, you will find preparation instructions, ingredients, and nutritional information, which is very useful when deciding what to buy. I placed an order from Soups Online 2-3 weeks ago after reading [AnnaBanana's][1] review of the site.  My concern with soup is that it tends to have a lot of sodium, so I ordered from Soups Online's large collection of low sodium soups.  The soups I ordered were also simple soups (only require water), because I wanted something I could prepare easily when I got home from work.  Well, my order shipped out the next business day and took only 2 days to get to me.  So far, I have tried 2 of the soups, and in spite of being low sodium and only requiring water, they were both pretty good. I'm impressed with Soups Online.  The soups are inexpensive and taste good.  The large selection means that you will almost certainly find something that fits your tastes and dietary needs.  I highly recommend that you try Soups Online. On an added note, AnnaBanana's review happened to catch the attention of the folks at Soups Online.  They loved her review so much that they bestowed upon her a high honor in the online world; they named a coupon after her.  From now until the end of March, if you enter "annabanana" in the coupon code section during checkout, you will receive 10% off of your order.  That's just one more incentive to give the site a try. The largest selection of soup mixes anywhere!

**This review has been updated as of February 10, 2009.**  Yesterday, I did a review of *[Bear Creek Country Kitchens "Darn Good" Chili Mix][1] * which I found at an amazing website called ***SoupsOnline.com***.  This outfit claims to be "*The Largest Selection of Soup Mixes Anywhere*" and while they don't have **everything**, I think they may be right.  Available for sale at ***SoupsOnline.com*** are more than 450 soup mixes from more than 50 brands, including over 40 for chicken soup, 50 for chili, 60 for bean soup, 30 for potato soup, and countless others.  They even carry mixes for hard-to-find Asparagus Soup. Search categories for easy website shopping include:  *Variety, Main Ingredient, Ethnicity/Region, Dietary Need (Gluten Free, Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Sodium and Vegetarian), Serving Size, Season, Simple Soups, Slow Cooker Soups, Unique Soups, Bread Mixes*, and *Gift Ideas*.  Soup brands include:  *Alessi, Annie Chun's, Bear Creek, Better Than Bouillion, Buckeye Beans, Caley & Cobb, Canterbury Naturals, Cherchies, Cibolo Junction, Comida Loca, Conner Creek, Cook in the Kitchen, Country Gardens, Crazy Jerry's, Cuginos, Daniel J. Gourmet, Delicate Gourmet, Desert Gardens, Fantastic, Fredericksburg Farms, Frontier, FungusAmongUs, Gil's Gourmet, Grey Wolf Mountain, Halladas, Iron Chef, Kitchen Dancer, Laurie's Kitchen, Leonard Mountain, Maggie and Mary, Mr. Hogg's, MTR Foods, Nueva Cocina, Old World Spices, Plentiful Panty, Purely American, Rabbit Creek, Savory Choice, Shore Lunch, Turtle Island, Wind & Willow* and *Wine Barrel Gourmet*. The *Bear Creek "Darn Good" Chili Mix* I bought cost $3.49, which seems reasonable to me especially in view of the fact that I have been eating it for four days now and even froze some for future use.  I also purchased another mix which I haven't made yet for *Bear Creek Gumbo Soup* which is bigger and supposed to make twice as much for $4.99.  I thought the shipping costs for this order were a tad high -- $5.99 -- but it turns out that $5.99 is the maximum shipping cost for any size order from ***SoupsOnline.com*** and orders for more than $75 are shipped free of cost.  Even though I ordered late at night, the package was here in just two days, which isn't bad service, especially if you're hunkering to get the soup kettle going. **UPDATE:** I have since heard from Todd (a/k/a "TheSoupGuy") whose message is attached to this review below.  He has mentioned that "*Bean Cuisine*" will be added to this excellent inventory soon and also has offered a 10% discount to my ViewPoints friends and readers.  To get the discount, just enter "**annabanana**" in the promotional code space.  This offer will be good through the end of March, 2009.      [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Bear-Creek-Country-Kitchens-quot-Darn-Good-quot-Chili-Mix-review-af227
