I can't very well ask for my money back for these earbuds as I received them from an online survey company due to points accumulated. I needed new earbuds so I picked these out. They are terrible! The volume is so low that it's like a whisper compared to the current Panasonic earbuds that I just bought from Walgreens. I need regular-volumed earbuds that I can turn up all the way as I am hearing-impaired. The Sony buds are inferior; I can barely hear my iPod inside, much less outdoors in traffic. Looks like I'm going to be looking for something other than Sony next time I need a new pair of earbuds.
