First and Last Time Customer
First time ordering. Called by phone and paid in full for a 37x37 piece of canvas art. Order was repeated correctly. Never got confirmation email. Called back next day. Recording states order cancelled? Order department says "No, no, so sorry, just got email wrong." Again repeats order correctly and sends confirmation. An incorrect order of 18x18 canvas shows up. Customer service says Whoops! We can't refund your money for around 2 weeks when we get the incorrect one back but to get you the correct one we want to charge your credit card again! No Way, No How! Print will be returned. Charge is already disputed on my credit card and art ordered from a different company with a much better customer service and reliability rating. Never Again. Lesson Learned!
