The PRECOR EFX 5.23 gives a good overall workout

     The PRECOR EFX 5.23 is a very sturdy piece of equipment.  It does not take up a great deal of room and it is very quiet while operating.  There are multilpe programs and you can customize the particular areas of the lower body that you would like to work out.  You can set the program on a quick start or run one of the pre-programmed workouts.  These include programs to target weight loss, heart rate training, interval and more.  You can also set the intensity level and adjust the incline up or down.  The incline feature helps to allow the workout to target different areas.  The...

Precor 5.23 challenges all fitness levels!
walking and running, regular elliptical user, a cycling fan, into yoga/pilates, strength training

I've had the Precor 5.23 for 6 years and I love it.  It has been trouble free and allows me to customize my workout.  If you can only have one exercise machine in your home this is the one!
