Precor EFX 5.17 Elliptical Trainer Reviews

We have owned our Precor EFX 5.17 Elliptical for 3 1/2 years.  We were both avid gym goers before we had our daughter.  Unfortunately, it was too difficult for us to find time to go to the gym once our daughter was born...between being sleep deprived and not necessarily trusting the gym day care we decided we needed something we could use at home.

I have owned mine for a couple of years and it is the best money ever spent on exercise equipment.  I was worried that it might end up being one of those dust collectors like the tread mill and weight bench, but I love using it.  Its a smooth action, and I feel that I get a great work out from it.  I would recommend it to anyone.  As with all elipticals they take up some room, but this one  is worth giving up some space for.

After having my baby, I wanted to get in shape.  I didn't want to walk/run around the neighborhood because I wasn't ready.  I got the eliptical and it is fantastic!  I use it every other day on the weightloss program.  I have lost about 15 lbs in 8 months.  I know it's not a lot but I also like to eat!!!  I definately would recommend this for new mommies but get a tv!!!

This machine gives you options Galor! My favorite is the weight loss option in which I can actually feel a difference when working on the machine! I have lost a total of fourteen pounds using this machine for two months thirty minutes a day! AMAZING! :)

I exercise on one of these at my gym.  I can get an incredible workout and choose from many different programs.  I can change intensity while I work.  It is sturdy, and quiet.  So far, no elliptical has compared to this one.
