Fluffy layered puff pastry

I use Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets because they are super convenient! You just defrost and unfold the two sheets and do what you need to do with them. For a person who is busy with life, these are the way to go. They keep in the freezer for awhile even. Good to have on hand for surprise guests or cravings. It bakes up nice and flaky and tasty. I use them in my Breville Personal Pie Maker and they do a great job in there. They seal together well...top and bottom crusts. They brown nice and even as well. They don't get chewy, but are flaky and light. The box comes with two sheets in it, which is just the right amount to cut out the tops & bottoms for four mini pies. There is a little bit of waste, but not much. The waste parts could be baked up in the oven for little tasty snacks. Lots of versatility in these convenient sheets of puff pastry. Some of the things that I've used these for besides pies include pastry sticks (like breadsticks) with sugar & cinnamon. Very yummy!

Saves this mom a whole bunch of time!

The first time I needed puff pastry sheets for a recipe, I actually cringed a bit after looking up the recipe. It seemed like a lot of work to make for such a little amount. So I decided to purchase some pre-made puff pastry sheets to save myself some time, since I already have enough things that keep my busy. Now, I love making pastries but I absolutely hate how much these puff pastry sheets cost! Yes, they are great, but for half the cost you can make them at home. But, I keep purchasing these sheets because it saves so much time, and I honestly stink at making them from scratch. Now, the Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets work great. They come out perfectly every single time, and are always nice and flaky. I love to use these for breakfast sandwiches because they are a nice switch up and give the sandwich a totally different texture. If you don't mind forking over a couple of bucks, the Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets will save you a lot of time, and save you from a lot of stress.

The Puff Pastry Sheets I Will Always Use

5

These puff pastry sheets are amazing. Whenever I go out and pass by a bakery, I'm always tempted by anything that uses puff pastry, but I know that at home, I can basically make it myself with Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets. To be honest, I haven't gone around and looked for other brands of puff pastry sheets, but given how good these are, I've also never felt the need to! They are really easy to cut up and already come folded into thirds horizontally (this makes it particularly convenient since I always have a bit of trouble splitting things evenly into thirds, especially length-wise). The only slight warning I would give about these sheets is that when it is very hot/humid outside, after they thaw, they tend to stick together more quickly than you think, so you'll have to work fast (or put them back in the freezer for a little while). Overall, though, I highly recommend this product! It is my definite go-to when making anything involving puff pastry.

Layers of flaky puff pastry without all the fuss, mess or effort

I happen to love puff pastry and it's versatility, it's just a pain to make it myself as it requires a lot of time and effort. Time and again I've turned to **Pepperidge Farms Puff Pastry Sheets.** They come 2 individually well wrapped sheets to a box which sit together in a protective cello sleeve. Each sheet measures about 8 x 11 inches in size. I've used these for many different purposes; both savory and sweet, including wrapped Brie, strawberry tarts, sweet nut rolls, veggie bites, as a pot pie topper and so much more. The flaky layers are buttery & delicate and once baked, they really puff up with a crispness only puff pastry has.   Sheets can be cut to suit your needs for rolling, wrapping or placing inside baking tins etc. They make fabulous croissants, I sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar and serve with butter and they're gone almost immediately. For Christmas I made a savory batch of 3-cheese filled mini tarts with red pepper sauce and spinach/feta wraps that delighted everybody. They were super easy to make, they bake up relatively quickly and can be reheated easily if necessary. Puff pastry by nature is a bit pricey but well worth it in the long run as it saves time and produces excellent results. This is a fixture in my freezer that I can rely on to be used for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. A real winner, I give it  **5 stars.**
