I never knew what Marshmallow Creme was until I found a recipe online years ago for S'mores cupcakes that called for it.  I found Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme next to the ice cream toppings at Kroger.

Marshmallow Creme tastes like Marshmallows!  This is what I imagine melted Marshmallows would taste like.  It's sticky but delicious.  The cupcake recipe I use it for calls for it to be put on as a topping, but basically you have to plop it on and slowly the heat of the cupcake causes it to melt.  It makes each cupcake a huge mess, but a wonderful tasting mess!  So good tasting that...

My Grandma always made the best fudge. I asked her how to make it, and she gave me a jar of Kraft Marshmallow Creme. Yep. It's just that simple. The recipe is right on the back - Fantasy Fudge. It's a wonderful creamy chocolate fudge. We always add nuts. My Grandma used black walnuts. We use pecans. In both cases, those are the nuts we grow.

I've tried a store brand on marshmallow creme. Never again. The container was not clear like Kraft. When I opened the container, I could see what they were hiding. The marshmallaw was separated. It had loads of vegetable looking oil floating in there. Ugh.

Just seeing this product on the shelf makes me salivate.  I grew up with grilled fluffernutter sandwiches.  Just put Jet-puffed marshmallow Creme on one slice of bread and peanut butter on the other.  Now put butter on the outside of both slices like when you make a grilled cheese sandwich.  Grill on a hot pan until toasty brown and indulge.  This is the ultimate PB and ? sandwich.  You will never be without Kraft's Jet-puffed Marshmallow Creme again, I swear.
