Ok, so I cook rice all the time.  I used to cook it in a conventional pot.  But, as always, the water would bubble over, and the rice would stick to the bottom of the pan.  I never cooked rice often because of the hassle it seemed to cause.  Not only did it dirty my kitchen, but it delayed my dishwashing too!  I love the taste of rice, but it was not worth the clean-up.

In addition to making rice (any kind you want), I also use mine to cook pasta, hardboil eggs, reheat food, even boil water for tea! I use mine at least once a day, to make my breakfast.

It's held up wonderfully for how little I paid for it. That being said, I would like to buy a better one when I can afford it. This one was cheap (I paid around $20), and it shows it. The bowl is very thing (so the rice burns more quickly). The contents...
