I enjoy hard-boiled eggs, but it is so easy to under cook or over cook them, so I thought I would give this a try. It makes perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs every time. All you basically do is add the right amount of water, add the eggs and start the cooker. It shuts off automatically. As an extra benefit, after you cool the eggs, they are so easy to peel. Haven't tried it for soft boiled eggs as I do not like them.
