The Original Mattress Factory for a good nights sleep

We purchased a mattress from the Original Mattress Factory a few months ago to replace an older smaller bed. We got the queen orthopedic pillow top with the boxspring. We have been flipping and rotating the bed around every 2 weeks. Everytime we do that, I notice that my side of my bed gets firm and then you have to adjust to it again. My significant other has no complains about the bed and loves it. He has back and neck problems and says that he doesn't wake up with any pain after sleeping in this bed vs the other beds he has been in. A pro on this bed is that the pillowtop is on both sides. I have noticed that most other companies do not sell beds like that anymore. The pillowtop is pretty soft and supportive. We have not had any problems with the bed so far. We splurged on the pillows that was being sold in the store but I'm not sure if that was such a good purchase. The bed is a good purchase and we would buy it again if we need another bed.

We have always had mattress problems until we took the plunge and went outside of the typical name brands. The new mattress would always be fine for awhile then start to have problems. No problems so far with the Original Mattress Factory mattress in over four years. It needs the typical flipping/rotating, but not nearly as often as other mattresses. Plus, it comes with a ten year warranty. It cost only a little more than the typical store-bought mattress, but well worth every penny.

The store experience was excellent as well. The salesman showed us the inside of their mattresses compared to the other name brands. There was really no comparison. The quality and solidity of construction was evident immediately. The other brands were not even in the same category of quality and construction. Once seeing the construction, and feeling the beds, it really was no choice. They have many styles to fit any type of bed you are looking for.

After sleeping on a horrible mattress for a few years (we could feel the springs poking out), we decided to try the Original Mattress Factory. We thought the prices would be high, but we were wrong. We ended up spending about $1,000 and we could not be happier. The quality of the mattress is obvious. We have followed the recommendation of flipping or rotating the mattress every two weeks for the first six months and so far so good.

My husband is about twice as big as me and we both sleep great. He also has a bad back and he is waking up with less back pain in the morning.

I love the fact that this was not made until we ordered it...it didn't sit in a warehouse for months. I also love the fact that they have competitors mattresses in their showrooms to show the horrible quality that is available out there. Plus, they are made in the USA!!! You can't beat that these days.

I am so glad we tried it...we are both hooked!

My husband and I purchased a mid grade king sized mattress from the Original Mattress Factory when I was about eleven months pregnant.  We were sleeping on a fifteen year old mattress my husband had in his teenage years.  At first I was reluctant to get a new mattress.  I wasn't getting much sleep anyway and all I needed was to get a mattress that I hated that would also keep me awake.  Boy was I wrong!  The mattress is so comfortable to sleep on.  I almost don't want to get up in the mornings!  Even with all the aches and pains of being so pregnant I was able to sleep better on this mattress than I have ever been able to sleep before!  The mattre...

This was the first mattress that we bought with the Original Mattress Factory.  The mattress the preceed this one was about 16 years old (YIKES!), when my husband and I started having back problem and waking up sore, we knew it was time for a new mattress.  We did some research and talk to neighbors and friends who were all thrilled with their mattress from The Original Mattress Factory.  We visited a couple of different places before going to The Original Mattress factory, then we went to the local store to see if it was truly worth it.  After talking with the sales rep and seeing the examples they offer in the store, we were sold.  The sales rep was very informative, supportive and answered all our questions.  We purchased the pillow-top mattress (one of the higher end mattress that is offered) and couldn't be happier.  As with all new things, it took some getting used to, but months later, we are extremly happy with our purchase.

Stupidly, I have purchased two different models from The Original Mattress Factory in Minneapolis. They are a local company that distributes in the upper Midwest. The beds are presented as "orthopedic." Orthopedic my a**! They mean you need to by an orthopedic bed after just one night sleeping on theirs! After just three days on each bed, I was rolling toward the center. I also can feel the exceptionally large inner springs through the mattress (something the customers service rep told me was impossible!) The only good point is that they do not use laxex or memory foam, which are to me, toxic sunstances that should never be allowed to be inhaled let alone slept upon all night! And let's not mention the flame retardant used on all American beds that can cause brain damage, especially in children.

This is the second time we have gone to The Original Mattress Factory to buy a mattress. Both times, the experience has been fast and easy. This time we knew exactly what we wanted--a basic twin mattress for my daughter's new daybed. The entire transaction, including loading the mattress into our vehicle, took about 20 minutes. The service and price were excellent, and we have been very pleased with the quality of the bedding.

I finally got a much0needed new mattress and box spring set from The Original Matress Factory after spending much time debating what brand to buy, how much to spend, etc. I AM IN LOVE! This is the most comfortable I have ever been on a new mattress, I just feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! I will always shop there whenever I need a new mattress/bx springs in the future!
