I have been wearing contacts for over 20 years. This is the best solution I have tried. It is soft and cleans very well. It is easy to use and great for storing my lens. It is good at removing the buildup after I have worn my lens all day. The one thing I don't like is the price. It is the most expensive out of all of the Opti Free solutions but it works better to me than the Replenish and the regular one. I'll keep using it until there is something better.

Please be warned. It takes a few days for red eyes to develop. Initially not painful then ulcer-like burns appear on eye. Please be warned. They deny it.

I have always struggled with contact solutions. I even struggle with contacts but refuse to.give them up. This is by far the best solutions I have ever used. I literally can't feel my contacts when they are in and that is a first. Renu burns my eyes terribly to the point where I think I might be allergic to it. I was scared to try this because several other solutions have burned horribly too. But my eye doctor gave me this one to try and I was very very happy with the results. They not only keep my contacts super clean without a bad chemical feel but they make them long lasting and comfortable. Never thought I would be saying comfortable about my contacts. I don't get the red veins in my eyes like I used to either. I recommened this to my friend today. Prices aren't bad either. This is definitly my new solution of choice. I recommend this to anyone who struggles with solutions and/or contacts.

I love Opti-Free Pure Moist! It really keeps my contacts feeling moist and comfortable all day. I don't notice any irritating dryness or itchiness from wearing my lenses. I like the way it cleans my contacts and know that when I insert them the next morning, they will feel like they are brand new again! I love Alcon products and highly suggest contact lens wearers to use it.

I believe this is a fairly new contact solution so I was excited to try it when I received a free 2 fl oz sample in the mail. I have worn contacts for at least 7 years now and have tried a variety of contact solutions. I have astigmatism so I have toric contacts which are more expensive than regular contacts. I tend to buy contact solution when it is on sale so I have tried name brand and store brand solutions. When I tried Opti Free Pure Moist, it was similar to other Opti Free solutions I have used in the past. It did not leave my eyes or contacts dry and I did not have to reapply more solution throughout the day. In the past, my eyes have gotten dry in the middle of the day and it felt like I wanted to rip my eyeballs out, but with this solution, my contacts last all day and I can barely tell they are there.

Len recently went to have his eyes checked. He has a diabetic, contact lens check. A few months ago he had laser surgery for torn retinas. His eyes hadn't changed, but he needed new contact lenses. When he came out he had a 'goodie' bag with a 2 ounce bottle of Opti-Free Pure Moist Multi-Purpose Disinfecting Solution. As well as the bottle there was a new container for his lenses. He tipped away the old lens cleaner, and filled the double container, with the new Pure Moist. He then put his lenses in them. These are the old 1 year lenses, that he can no longer get. He soaked them overnight. The following morning he took them out, rinsed them, and then put them in. The Pure Moist had removed the build up on them. It states on the box that it: "Removes protein deposits and reduces lipid deposition for silicone hydrogel and soft contact lenses." Len wore the lenses all day long, and couldn't believe how clean they were. He was ready to throw them away before trying this. He is now trying monthly contact lenses, but will keep the yearly ones, just in case. Every time he gets a new product it seems to be better than before. He said that he will be happy using the Opti-Free Pure Moist Multi-Purpose Disinfecting Solution, until someone brings out an even better product.
