Works But Takes Will Power

By

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

After trying so many diet plans and having little or no success, I thought I would give the NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program a try. I first started off with the two weeks plan. Although I thought the food required for this diet was a little expensive, I still gave it a try. I felt that the food was very bland and tasted horrible, but did continue to use. After each meal, I was still left hungry but didn't stray off my diet. I followed the NutriSystem Nourish program for around three months and did in fact lose a few pounds. Personally I did not feel as tho this was the diet for me. I am sure that if I had continued, I would have gotten better results. I feel as tho this program could be easier to stick with if the food had a better taste and was more filling. I would suggest NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program to anyone who has great amounts of will power.

Food is not great, though did lose weight.

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

Similar to Jenny Craig and many of the other ready, meal weight loss plans out there, the Nutri System diet plan is somewhat effective. However, the food is not good. If you like the pre made frozen food type of foods, then this is probably OK for you. Other than the food not being very good, it is very difficult to feed the family when I have something completely different to eat. The kids want my food, but I cannot let them eat it since I have a limited amount. It is also pretty expensive. Especially when factoring the cost is just to feed one person, food for the rest of the family still needs to be purchased. I personally think there are a lot of better options out there. But, if you only have yourself to feed and you may be eating frozen meals anyway, then this diet may not be such a bad choice for you. It just does not fit into the life that I have right now. If I didn't have to feed a family, it would be nice to not have to plan the meals and just have them mailed to me each week however.

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

This isn't the worst diet I've tried, and this isn't the best. The idea is good; prepared meals keep you from overeating and they keep you on track. But, it is expensive, and the food is utter crap. I bought one of the packs that was supposed to give me food for a month. The breakfasts aren't that bad; the eggs and cereal are actually pretty tasty, and they keep me full for a while. The lunches and dinners, however, actually make me sick to my stomach. They make me want to throw up and they don't keep me full, as I can only down half of the meal before I want to puke. The idea is good, and I wish the meals were better, as I know they would keep me full and nourished. The diet itself did make me lose weight, because I was eating so little, but I was hungry most of the time because I was eating so little. Really, I would rather just prepare my own healthy meals that are filling and good. Wouldn't recommend.

NutriSystem Nourish is awesome

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

I have tried many diet plans and read many books concerning dieting, but the NurtiSystem Nourish 2-weeks Favorite Plan is a great starter for those of us who needs to gradually get accoustomed to dieting and eating right.  The concept of the NutriSystem Nourish 2-weeks plan is to get the dieter on the right track concerning proper eating and nurtition.  The plan is very convenient, easy to follow, and great for those of us on a time schedule.  The food is tastes exceptionally well and can be supplemented with other foods, preferably fruits and green vegetables.  However, in my opinion, the cost is expensive and sometimes foods are substituted according to availability.  Never the less, give the NurtiSystem Nourish 2-weeks Favorite Plan a try and it just might become your favorite diet plan.

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

I put my husband on Nutrisystem in June of 2008 and he lost 40 pounds in 4 months. It takes time, but it works. It's very easy to follow and very easy to stay on track. He didn't take weekends off, because he wanted to lose weight as quickly as possible.

This can put you back in control of food related health problems

By

Comments about NutriSystem Nourish: The Revolutionary New Weight-Loss Program by James Rouse:

Because Nutrisystem is on the Glycemic Index (GI) most things they produce are diabetic friendly, I lost 33 lbs doing this. My blood sugar went down. My cholesterol went down. It makes you eat "normal" food more sensibly, because you learn what a "serving size" is meant to be. If you feel overwhelmed by food related health issues, this is something that can put YOU in control.
