I truly enjoyed reading the information in this book. I have been gluten free for some time now. So after reading this book I decided to go grain free. I am totally on track with this no-grain diet. This diet really works. You will lose weight. I am currently grain free now and loving it. I do enjoy eating a lot of vegetables daily like the book says to. This book is on the right track. My mind feels so clear after going grain free. My skin appears to be healthier and my nails are long and strong. My body is in great shape. I have so much energy now too. I survived through this horrible winter season without any illness too. I find that as long as I am satisfied with the food and it's easy to prepare then I will follow the guidelines and lose the weight. I have no problem following this diet. You will crave the grains for a while. So my tip is to keep snacks in the refrigerator. A raw no grain apple pie is much better than a plain apple. You will be happy you tried this diet.
