Nature Made Cholestoff actually works. If you are looking for a non-prescription way to lower your cholestrol and are having trouble doing it by changing eating habits, excercising, and so on, then you might want to consider Nature Made Cholestoff. It really works. In fact, I have been using it for quite a while. I was diagnosed with high cholestrol and starting taking prescription medication. Then I heard about how supposedly it was worse taking the prescription medicine than it would be without taking. I said supposedly because no one really knows. Anyway, I stopped taking the prescription medicine and starting taking Nature Made Cholestoff. I never told my doctor. To this day, my cholestrol level has stayed "normal." It is as if I am still taking the prescription medication. LOL. My doctor still doesn't know either. It has now been a year on Cholestoff. I don't recommend your doing what I did and am doing, but it is working for me. Try at your own risk. Just saying. LOL

Nature Made Cholestoff has made a significant impact in lowering my cholesterol.  Made from Plant Stanols, it can be taken easily with other medications (o.t.c. and prescription).  As with any supplement, it's best to consult your family physician and pharmacist before beginning any supplemental treatment.  The supplement is affordable.  It is recommended to take 2 tablets 15 to 30 minutes prior to eating.  It is flavorless and easy to swallow.  It lowered my cholesterol 30% which resulted in my being allowed to avoid prescriptions for high cholesterol.

I have reviewed this health supplement while using past, but i'll happily promote it again. It of course works. My trans fat amounts are within normal amounts many due to some very small nourishing eating program modification and CholestOff. I have to clarify though. i've never actually been a quick food, fried food, plentiful food, or trans fat laden foods eater. I acquired my trans fat examined via a computer software real and was floored. every thing was excellent except my LDL (bad cholesterol). My doctor, also a friend, informed me it acquired been hereditary and i'd may probably really need to see on medication. I unsuccessful to really need to hold a statin or another trans fat medication at the market, I listen to all people part effects, they show up even worse compared to situation they treat. Anyway, i actually do a very small investigative run and identified CholestOff. subsequent 9 days of acquiring it, my complete trans fat was under my earlier LDL. just before acquiring CholestOff my LDL was 174, subsequent 9 days it acquired been 88.

Nature Made Cholestoff is great. Well, actualy it is better than great. After taking this product for a while, my cholestrol was lowered. I made no lifestyle changes, so it was all due to this product. I know, I should have made lifestyle changes, but I did not. But thank godness, this product worked. And, worked well. I never confided in my doctor what I did to get my cholestrol lowered, and I never will. I am sure he thinks I excercised, ate better, and did all the right things. I am not saying you shouldn't do all that...what i am saying is that this product works. Nature Made is a great company who tests their products throughly. It is expensive, but then what isn't these days. I usually watch the Sunday papers for cents-off coupons to help lower the cost of this. Also, most major drugstores have this product buy one, get one free sometimes, so I try to stock up when I see that. I can usuaully buy several for a very low price at that time.****

I don't eat a lot of animal products but my cholesterol is a little on the higher side. I try to eat healthy (lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains) but I still started to exhibit signs of high cholesterol. All of a sudden I started seeing xanthomas (also known as cholesterol spots or cholesterol bumps) which are fatty deposits under the skin. After I had made changes to my diet (and I wasn't seeing any relief to my xanthomas) I decided to try Nature Made Cholestoff. I wasn't expecting to see the xanthomas dissipate but after two weeks several of them went away and I've lowered my overall cholesterol. Of course these results aren't typical and are just my personal results. I try not to take prescription medications if I don't have to (I try not to take any medication if I don't have to) but as a supplement and a booster to help me as I change my diet and lifestyle this is exactly what I need for the time being. It has worked well for me and I would recommend trying it if you need help reducing your cholesterol (in addition to changing your diet and lifestyle).

Nature Made Cholest Off does work wonders. If you are battling high cholestrol or want to keep your cholestrol in control, then this product is for you. One can even take prescription medications if you want to. As with anything taken by mouth, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before taking this product. My cholestrol was high, and my doctor wanted me to start a prescription for my high cholestrol. He wrote me one, but I had not had a chance to have it filled  when I mentioned it to one of my coworkers. He told me before I did that for me to try Nature Made Cholest Off. He said it would be better than prescription medications, as it was all natural. So I stopped by Wal-Mart on the way home that evening and picked up some of this product. I took it as recommended. When I went back to the doctor for a checkup, he said that my cholestrol had dropped. He said the prescription he wrote me worked well. I then told him I didn't take the prescription and told him what I had been taking. He was shocked, but impressed.

I am telling you this natural remedy, herbal medicine, is a miracle!! My father truly hated taking his prescription medicine for cholesterol, and he hated the side effects, trust me there were many. He would barely take his medicine, and ever time he would go to the doctor they would see little ot no improvement in his bad cholesterol levels. One day my mom bought home this Nature's Made cholestoff, and trust me we were all skeptical. I started to look at the ingredients and look them up online if they were considered effective of if there was any studies conducted on them (you have to do your own research when the FDA refuses to look at "herbal remedies). Apparently I found that this was pretty effective. My dad started taking it, and we would make sure was taking them daily. When he went o the doctors about 2 months later, he found that his cholesterol had lowered a good amount, and the doctor was pleased. We ordered packs of these (they come in big sizes too, and you can get more for the buck) and he took them all the time, til finally his cholesterol was low enough for the doctor to get off his back. Of course, it stays down with a healthy diet and a little bit of exercise, but these pills really helped bring the level down do we could maintain it easily. Soon, all of my family members were asking for us to order these pills for them! (mind you, they are all physicans!!)
