My husband had a horrible knee injury years ago and had to have multiple surgeries and tendon replacements/repairs following that accident.  He struggled to stand for the required length of time to just do his normal job and was in pain every night after work.  I have spent inumerable hours rubbing his knees, icing and heating every single night since 1999.  My aunt who is a radiologist recommended trying this product because she had seen real improvement in people's joints with the use of it.  It's a little expensive at about $28 per bottle for the big bottle and isn't covered by our insurance...

I tried Osteo-Biflex after my daughter recommended it.  She warned me it would take at least a month or two to notice any difference, and she was right--there was a little less pain and "popping" of my knee joint after the first four weeks, and much less by the end of the second month.  Osteo-Biflex does not taste bad or create any GI upset.  However, the triple strength tablets are very large.  If a person has difficulty swallowing, it may be better to use the regular or double-strength products more often because they are smaller in size.  I am very pleased with the results I have achieved...

I have been using Osteo Bi Flex Caplets for over a year.  I have more mobility  and less joint pain.  I also have more energy and stamina.  I now love to go shopping, before taking this product I was unable to walk aroung shopping malls.  I would reccommend this product to all who have joint pains.
