I think that is a fabulous nail product! It really is long lasting and I am always bumping into things(desk,bed,table) with my toes and it stays on so it is very durable. The colors are so vibrant and pretty!

It's satisfactory depending on what you want. If you want a pretty color, this is a good product. If you're wanting a cheap nail polish, this is your product. If you want long lasting, this is not for you. This stuff does chip easily and you do have to reapply every day. If you don't mind a slow drying nail polish, NYC will do the trick. You do get what you pay for though. You can't expect professional quality for a cheap price. I especially like this stuff for when I want to grow out my nails. I have a nail biting problem and this stuff tastes horrible even when dry. It also chips so easy that I don't want to bite my nails or ill get it in my mouth. I also find this stuff to not have such a bad smell. Normal nail polishes give me the worst headache cause they're smell is so strong and bad. This stuff still smells but it isn't as bad. That's probably why it isn't as good as other polishes because there isn't as many chemicals in it as others.

I love the color selections and the polish actually last! This polish only required two coats and I didn't even have to use a top coat. I usually do my toes with this polish because its not very expensive but I tried it on my nails and was so surprised at it's longevity! I would recommend this product to anyone who loves to change it up a bit with fun vibrant colors! A must buy for sure!

Like I've said I love this polish more that those pricey brands they say are long wearing. The colors are vibrant and fun to wear anytime. It last for days and drys super quick. i love it because i love to paint my nails and always end up smudging them before they are dry and that why i love NYC beacuse i can paint my nails anytime and they dry fast and i dont get anymore smudges!

new york color long wearing nail enamel is probably sold in all drug stores and most beauty stores. theyre fairly cheap probably about 99 cents to 1.50 each. you can usually get them for cheaper since the whole new york color line goes on a buy one get one half off deal ever few weeks. they have more than a dozen bold, flashy and bright colors that are fun, playful and youthful. i have maybe 5 shades such as a bright neon pink, a peachy shimmery, a dark red, a bade/ top coat and a shimmery midnight blue. they arent the best quality but you get what you pay for. theyre good for kids or teens that like to switch nail colors often. they chip quickly and once they chip a little the rest of the polish can be peeled off easily which is not good. they take the normal amount of time to dry approximatley 20 minutes to be fully dried. these are not the highest quality og nail polish but for fun theyre totally worth it.

I bought this color for the first time when it was on sale for less than .99 cent and thought I was getting a great deal. I also bought the top coat and base coat to go with it becasue I had no idea of their poor quality. After one use I quickly realized exactly why they were so cheap. This polish starts flaking off the minute it dries and doesn't allow you to even do simple things like washing your hands or even scratching w/out worrying about polish flacking off. It was so bad that I rubbed my eye and some flaked off in my eye. I ended up having to flush my eye w/ water because of the irritation and to remove it. I've had some polish which didn't last long, but at least they lasted long enough to wear a day or two before they started chipping really bad. Again as soon as this polish dries it starts to chip and flake.. Adding the top coat doesn't even help it stay on.. nor does the putting on the brands base coat. I tired applying it only to my nails w/out the top coat or the base coat and it still wouldn't stay on. I even tired putting another brand's top coat on it to no avail. The more coats you put on the faster it flakes. They offer nice looking colors which look good in the store, but it's not worth the money or time to buy it.

I'm reviewing this particular shade of NYC nail polish, Skin Tight Denim Creme, because I know with cheaper cosmetic lines, products can be hit or miss, even among different shades. (That being said, there is a wide variety of colors, many of which are bright and unique.) This shade is like a midnight blue, with subtle sparkle and good sheen. I always make sure to use base coats, and on top of that I use two coats of this NYC nail polish to get the color nice and even. I also make sure to use a top coat as well, and this prevents chips. This nail polish chips at the same rate as other nail polishes I've used. (Chips are noticeable in 4-5 days, and you have to remove or reapply polish in a little more than a week.) This product is comparable to more expensive brands, and it came in the shiny deep blue shade I was coveting. The color is rich and does not fade. Because it was so inexpensive, I would be willing to experiment with more shades from this line of nail polishes. I highly recommend this product in Skin Tight Denim Creme, because I know firsthand that it works just as well as more expensive brands, while being budget friendly!

I bought New York Color **Long-Wearing Nail Enamel (in Skin Tight Denim) with no expectations.  It was only 93 cents, so I thought, why not? I liked the color and decided to try it.  I am so glad I did!  It was so much better than I could have imagined! It went on opaque in one coat!  Plus, the color and wear were both great!  I highly recommend this nail polish to others!**

This company has more colors in nail enamel than i have seen in other companies. The polish goes on smooth and clean, has crisp colors that pop and can go with many different outfits. I love the choices and wont buy nothing but N.Y.C. nail enamel.

     I just got my nails to grow back after breaking them doing craft and other work.  I was out shopping for a cheap, but Good quality product.      I remembered The N.Y.C. eyeshadow I was so pleased with and decided to give it a try.  I am very pleased in the price .99 cents each and a very large selection of colors.     I mixed Classic Coral Creme with Love letters (pink) and came up with a gorgeous color!      Lighter colors make your nails look longer too.  I noticed a little wear after two coats, so I did my nails over.      I topped my nails off with Wet n Wild Mega Last ultra Gloss topcoat and no chipping.  I used 2 coats of polish and 2 coats of top coat.      My nails look salon done, and from now on I am wearing the FREE plastic gloves I got in the mail when hand washing dishes.      This color can be worn day or night like the eyeshadow too.  I am very pleased with how my hand look.
