I've always been into Breakfast and especially Breakfast for dinner, but when I became a vegetarian, Breakfast became a little boring.  You can only eat Eggs and Cheese sandwiches so much before you feel the need for something more.

That's when I found MorningStar Farms Veggie Sausage Patties in the frozen section of my grocery store.  This package cost around $3-4 and comes with 6 veggie patties.  The serving size is 1 but they are wrapped in pairs so I eat them in pairs.  2 patties is always the perfect addition to my breakfast.  I often find myself eating these alone when I have a craving...

When Boca discontinued my favorite sausage links, I had to find a substitute I could live with. MorningStar Farms Veggie Sausage Patties was the clear winner!

A standard box holds 6 patties and I'm able to pick them up on a good sale for about $3 a box. If you don't catch them on sale, they can be a bit pricey for the average consumer. Other than that, there are truly no cons to these mock meat patties.

For one thing, they're incredibly convenient. I like eating two patties with a breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast. I've also crumbled them up and put them in breakfast burritos - YUM! My friends...

I love morningstar sausage patties so much I buy them in bulk at BJ's. I have them every morning on a arnold flat bun or high fiber english muffin with a slice of weight watchers cheese. I chop them up and put them in tomato sauce with pasta. I've been a vegetarian for 17 years and back then you could not find a product like this..BUY IT, vegetarian or not you'll love, I promise you.

MorningStar Farms Veggie Sausage Patties are absolutely delicious.  In general, MorningStar Farms produces foods that taste like the real thing, and in my opinion the Sausage Patties are the best example of this!

It helps to cook the patties with spices to give it some extra flavor, but even if you just microwave them they taste great!
