Since starting Mona Vie my digestive system is happier. I can consume milk products and not end up living in the bathroom. My children are drinking it so that their bodies are healthier. This is one sure way to get the phytonutients I need in my diet. We all wish we could eat more nutritiously, but that isn't always the case in the work-a-day world we live in. Maybe it will be easier in my retirement, should I live to see that! Bottles are a little fancy, packaging in a less grandiose manner would save some expense , I would think. It's a product you probably notice the effects more when you stop use.

No longer when the weather turns bad to my joints start aching and everything stiffens up. Thanks to Mona Vie Active (which is full of plant based glucosamine which is very easy for you body to absorb) I can be on my feet all day, up and down, back and forth, and my knees don't make a fuss ever. I had a severe back injury in 1985 and have delt with extreme pain ever since.  I have been on prescription strenth Aleve to Valium & Vioxx and everything in between.
