I got this MP3 player a few months ago and it has been amazing!! I love the design, its pretty easy to use, it has good sound, and was very nicely priced. Sound Quality I have had no problems with the sound on this player. I know that a lot of the sound quality is based on what headphones you use, but no matter what kind of headphones I use, I still get good sound. The only thing that I dont like to much is the built in speaker. I have had my player turned all the way up and you still cant hear it unless you are holding it up at your ear. The built in speaker is pretty much pointless. Performance I have had no problems at all with the performance of this MP3. I never have any problems when it is loading and I have a bunch of songs on it now. I also love that it has a camera and a video recorder. Battery Life This MP3 has a good battery life. I dont listen to it 24/7 all the time but, I usually get 2-3 days of battery life depending on how much I use it. Now when I am using it constantly I get 1-2 days of battery life. Durability This is a very durable player. I am very rough on players and headphones and this one has stood up very well to my hard paced lifestyle. I am very impressed with it. Ease of Use I have had no problems what so every with using this player. There were very clear instructions on how to do everything. From setting the clock to using the camera and video recorder, to downloading songs to the player. Design I love the design. It comes in a few different colors that you can choose from depending on your personality and taste. It also is very similar to an Ipod so a lot of the accesories that you use for it you can use for this one. Its small, thin, lightweight and very easy to hide in a pocket, on a wristband or anywhere else.

I bought 2 for Christmas. One for my daughter and one for myself. I used it 3 times and then charged it. When I went to use it again it just showed a picture if a red battery. I went to k-mar to get it exchanged/replaced. On the contrary they were very rude an unhelpful. Even after I bought 2 replacement plans as well. Said they wouldn't honor it cause it was past 30 days. I bought the item 11/22/2012 on Black Friday for Christmas gifts. And did this exchange (tried too) on January 7, 2013. A week and a half after Christmas. buyer beware! I don't have enough experience with this company but am not 100% confident with them. I've sent them an email and tried calling there office. The phone was busy all day and as far as I know haven't received an email back. Sound Quality I wasn't able to listen to music but did see movie clips and other sounds. Performance My daughters works fine. She as a laptop but prefers the tablet. It is lights and handier when you travel to hotspots. I usually check my email accounts and its so simple to check and quick. Battery Life We both had to hook it up to the charhwr a lot it seemed. They also have a 3d wallpaper which is cool but drains the battery. The benefit is the charger is compatible with my USB and phone charger. Durability I believe its good. I got a bad one though. The outer edge seems to protect the screen. It was crazy trying to find a tablet cover for it. Bigger than most but smaller than some other 7 in. Ease of Use At first I hated it. I had several issues with the touchscreen. It does have a calibration app on it to help. Its gotten much better after using that app. I still want to get a stylus. The apps are self explanatory and easy to use and pick from. The downfall is that some parts of Google don't work on it. Another not so great thing is I haven't been able to use my wireless printer with. Design Its bigger than your palm but not to much bigger. I'm glad the screen isn't covering the while top. From prevent experience with my husbands phone, the larger glass screen the more chance of cracking. The power button on the top is easy to push but I am worried it may wear out.

I think that this is a wonderful product. It has amazing quality and very clear recordings. It stores pictures finely and clearly. The volume setting could be better though. I don't know if its the headphones or the mp3 but I could have it on full blast with headphones and it'd be hard to hear. The same thing would happen whenever I plugged it into the speakers. My sisters malfunctioned after she downloaded a few free songs from the site and she was very diappointed but luckily we have the warranty so she got a new one. You need to be wary when choosing the type of MP3 because you may just end up getting one that is defective and have to return it. Something that bothers me is that the video has to be converted into a smaller file just to put it on the MP3 and it is not always gaurenteed to work! The volume on half my videos was either too low or none at all! Talk about annoying when you have to convert all your videos! Maybe you'll get lucky and have a fine one. Be careful!

I bought the eclipse mach speed mp3 2 weeks ago to replace my old eclipse mp3 that I had for 2 years. In the 2 weeks that I have owned this new one I have had to replace it once due to shoddy workmanship. The keys stuck so I couldn't fast forward and the battery wouldn't charge. The one that I got it replaced with is great. The only problem I have with this product is no matter how much battery you need to charge it still takes 3-4 hours to charge.
